We bought a new car at VW Aalestrup last November. The salesman seemed keen to sell us a car that met our needs, and nothing more. It was a nice feeling. The car arrived yesterday and everything was as it should be according to the closing slip. The first guess on the delivery time wasn't quite met, but every time we have asked about it there has been a quick response, and it has not been a critical factor for us either. There was plenty of time set aside to hand over the car to us and go through the functions, which was welcome, as it is our first electric car. All in all, we are very happy with the experience.

VW Aalestrup sold me a car by promising a certain function of the car’s parking assistance, which did not exist. After I had found out, I approached them and instead of apologizing and finding together a solution they treated me like an idiot, who does not know how the car is working. I had to take them to the “Ankenævn for Biler” and they continued to fool both me and the Ankenævn. Finally, they were ordered to pay compensation. To make a long story short: Do not trust them. Be careful before you believe anything they say.
