I recently purchased a vw golf and the sales representative Steve Bert was extremely helpful.
My experience at vw was really good and I felt very comfortable a very good sales person.

While my car was getting fixed - I was able to get a loaner car.
The service department was very helpful and personable.

Volkswagen has a horrible customer service. I took my 2024 atlas to the dealership to fix a headlight that had condensation in it and they told me we are not going to fix it the car is 10 months old. They said it don’t effect the headlight itself. And then I tried calling the customer service line waited 2 hours never picked up. I will never get another Volkswagen ever again very unprofessional.

I leased 2024 Atlas se from winn volkswagen but this car after 6000 miles make safty break issues,I was on dealers for three times and paid about $1000 for car rental because VW in LA does not provide loaner cars. The issue hasn't fixed yet and car has break issues. I called customer service (sera) she said they can not do anything for me. I have to cancel my trips and change my schedule because I can not trust this car ,or rent new car and open the lemon law, that she said thats ok.
I called them ten times to fix this issue friendly but they didn't care about our safety, I mistake to deal with VW.
This is the first and last time of my experience by VW in my life because of the poor customer services and quality.

Came in to get my number plater sorted as it was water damaged. Spoke to Abbas who was very helpful and booked it in straight away and did not cost as much as I thought it would. Great experience

I made a purchase today with Volkswagen Sandyford in Dublin. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure. Niall Costello was so helpful and worked wonders to get me in my car. I would definitely recommend this store and I will 100% be back to Niall in the future!

2 days ago we contacted VW Bmt and spoke with Ms Valencia Rowe. We told her what we wanted, what we were bringing to the table, and would be in at 9am Thurs. We had questions Wed, texted her, and she answered us completely. We showed up at 915 Thurs to a fueled up and detailed vehicle. She worked numbers back and forth with her manager to get us to a compromise all parties were pleased with, and we walked away in our new 2024 Tiguan R-Line. She is an amazing on top of it sales lady and very personable to talk with!!! LOVE OUR NEW SUV AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I hate doing this. But I am tired of my VW Tiguan ruining my day! I have had a VW since 2008. I own/lease 5 cars -3 are VW’s (2015 CC, 2023 Jetta and 2023 Tiguan). I leased my 2023 Tiguan in July 2023. I drove it off the lot and the check engine light came on. I took it back for repair. 2 months later, I had my car back! My issue now is with the Blue Tooth and Apple Car Play. I am going to get in a wreck trying to figure this out. It does not automatically connect, even when phone is plugged in and blue tooth connected. I find myself trying to figure it out while driving (taking a hit on my Drive Wise). Even my passengers find it annoying when they can’t get it connected. Imagine driving to the gym. NO music! A trip to Target, No music! I am just counting down the days until my Lease is up. None of our other vehicles have this issue. They all automatically connect at start. The Jetta and CC, no issue, The Honda and Subaru, no issue!

I had a wonderful experience while car shopping with Felicia Williams customer service at the Volkswagen car dealership. She gave me all the knowledge of the vehicle while Nate her manager was very helpful with questions that I had and he offered bonus (they make it easy) and would work with me on a comfortable monthly payment very professional and pleasant. I will tell friends and family to visit your dealership when they are looking to purchase a vehicle.

My 2018 Tiguan's coil spring broke after only five years and 60,000 km. During this time, I had a toddler and a baby, and I drove very carefully to ensure their safety, avoiding potholes to prevent disturbing them and myself during pregnancy. I am surprised this happened to my car, and I can only attribute it to low quality.

Worse car ever crap my second lease atlas sport made in Mexico I just turned the ac on doesn’t work my dealer said I had work on the car. The car is 2024 brand new very bad make cheap quality bad customer service very shameless

2023 Atlas. Bought brand new off the lot. Tire pressure sensor constantly flashed even though nothing was wrong. Coolant level sensor flashed multiple times before reaching 10k miles. Vehicle brought to dealership for low coolant level at 16k miles and had to be topped off! Excuse was there was water in the system 🤷‍♂️. Previous Chevy/Ford vehicles went 50k to 100k before this issue. I picked up a nail in the outer most water channel closest to the shoulder which by Sonsio standards (professionals in this area over the past 40 years) state that it can be patched but Volkswagen thinks that they surperior and would rather charge their customers for a new tire. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VW OR REFER A FRIEND TO. I probably wouldn’t even suggest someone I don’t like to buy one…..

I want to thank Krystin at Volkswagen of Schenectady for all her patience and hard work helping me find my 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport SE, the whole family loves this car! I had a great experience at this dealership! Krystin and the whole staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have not received any inbox reply from you … if you contact Jason Browne at your Finchley Road store I’m sure he has my information as well as my car that’s been there a month which he wants me to take back crashed whilst in his so called care oh and I need to pay for my break pads first and I can have my crashed car back ! Ask him for the information! Again no inbox messages from them and nothing in my e mail can I have the details to contact the CEO without Rebecca Surtees blocking him from receiving the messages addressed to the CEO

Rude staff, poor training ,line goes dead regularly,communication shocking. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS OUTFIT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Would be no stars if that was possible - like the previous poster Joe Duffy Airside Swords (our vehicles must have overlapped) car was towed on October 14th and finally back today November 2nd after the fourth visit, parts replaced that only exacerbated the issue, being told there was an airlock while an accountant was able to point out to the mechanic were the problem was (as indicated by a large pool of coolant), another part allegedly ordered that took 8days to arrive. Promises to have the car sorted that expired. Promises of return phone calls in ten minutes that came days later. An assumption that the driver had a rental by two separate agents - driver is U25 so could not drive rental car - then a suggestion that someone else was driving a rental car and seeking return of keys! Obviously nothing being documented as the engineer who finally returned the car had no idea of the saga that had gone before and asked who had been dealing with us (the reply was which time?). Was a very good garage when it was owned by McAllisters but will avoid now.

My caddy has been waiting for a part since March. 7 months and is now in the dealer and cannot be used. it’s a working vehicle so loosing a fortune. and vw doesn’t care.

I bought a new Volkswagen Caddy on June 2023(231). I am using it as taxi,which is my icome. It was all done MD motors in Dublin. My taxi got oil leakage ( completely emptied) on 1/10/23. Volkswagen rescue team towed and dropped to nearest service centre in swords Joe Duffy. The car diagnosed only on 9/10/23. The issue was crankshaft seal broken. And the parts not available in Ireland, it has to come from Germany. today is 17/10/23, still not arrived it. Volkswagen has any responsibility for loosing my income. first how many volkswagen car we are using in Ireland. why can't they have a good stock of spare parts in Ireland. volkswagen has so many dealers in ireland, Joe Duffy in Swords needs to be investigated why they are delaying it almost three months. Is there any one looking to buy volkswagen cars,my suggestion is please THINK TWICE.
