It was with regret that we were unable to code the aftermarket headlamps that you fitted as our factory diagnostic equipment is designed to work with genuine parts. We had hoped to be able to get around the problem somehow but even using the computer data you provided they still did not function. We would ask you please to refer to the product manufacturer for further advice.
If you did decide to change the lamps for an Audi genuine part we would be only too pleased to adapt them at no cost to you. Kind regards, VWAuditec

I was recommended to use VWAuditec at Bishop's Stortford and that has been good advice. The three members of the team that i spoke to, Nigel, Mark and Craig, were extremely professional, efficient and their hourly labour rate is great value for that level of expertise.

Very satisfied with service on my Audi
Drove up from London this morning for a year 2 service on my Audi A3 on the back of all the excellent reviews. Not disappointed, professional and friendly, very helpful with some diagnostics. Certainly, cheaper than the main dealer down the road too. Will certainly be back next year. Thank you.

Brake Fluid Replacement
It wasn't until I was asked when my brake fluid was last changed that I realised that I didn't know . Nigel at VWAuditec said it should be changed regularly so I had it done and was surprised at the difference it made to my braking and the feel of my brake peddle. Well done VWAuditec for your expertise and checking on important things that may seem trivial to the driver but are very crucial in keeping things in the best safe condition . Great job guys

Very happy with the service to my Audi. Done for the quoted price and in the expected time. Price was 60% of that quoted by main dealer too.
Staff were friendly and kept me updated as to progress too.

Honest company who will always help where they can!
We were about to travel 300miles and our Audi A1 went into limo mode. It had been doing this every few weeks so we quickly popped it into VWAudi Tec for a diagnostics check. Long story short, Rich went into an in-depth inspection and found a split pipe.
As a company, they went above and beyond customer service. Fitting it in on a Saturday morning and helping us to get to our destination on time was more than we could have asked for.
If I end up moving back to Essex, I will certainly be using them again. For now, we’re gonong to be back next month for a service.
Can’t give these guys and this company enough praise. Cheers again.

Best place to take your VW or Audi!
After being ripped off by VW I used VWAudiTec for a repair and a service. Good honest customer service and prices are much better then VW. Highly recommended.
