Seamless and great Customer service
Seamless. Serghei was fantastic and a great advocate for Customer focused service. Processed everything quickly and efficiently and we didn't leave with that feeling of being oversold (common with lots of hire companies). Van was spotless and well maintained and everything we needed to know was well explained. Great job Serghei!!

Great weekend
First great experience with a camper van the model was the ocean californiana Volkswagen! Me and two other friends went from London to Cornwall for have a weekend out of the city! We spent the time going around and camping with the ocean californiana Volkswagen and it was perfect very comfortable to drive and perfect for camping! I suggest to give a try if you interested!

Reliable service with a wide variety of vehicles to suit all needs.
Recently hired whilst my car was in the garage. Serge (Hire Manager) sorted me a car at no notice, and even when I last minute needed an extension it was no problem.

great service from Serghi who gave v good advice regarding the vehicle ( Caddy life maxi ) and driving to France. The car was clean, easy to drive. and comfortable for seven people.

Serghei was again outstanding as was the van
Serghei was again outstanding this year on our annual trip back. We always use him and VWFS rental. We had a fantastic minivan vehicle very high spec immaculately clean ran like a dream! Serghei was able to accommodate additional days and drop off options. I would not rent anywhere else with a large family or group in the UK

Broken water pump, no idea of try before you buy scheme, old vehicle
Update: the below review was addressed immediately by Gary. Problems can occur and this was a textbook rectification. Thank you, Gary and VW rent-a-car team Colindale!
We rented under try before you buy scheme. No one at the Colindale even knew what that meant. Also resulted in us getting a rather dated model. I had explicitly written and called to say I was considering buying the all new California Ocean and hence wanted to try it out. Also, the water pump was broken. So we had not water in the van all week.
