There was a long traffic in the way which we informed the office 4 hour prior to the return time which was 10:00am and we were told that we won’t be charged anything extra if we return till 12pm we reached 45 minutes late from the actual return time and we were still charged with fine for late return.

Nice welcome, straightforward check in and paperwork, quick check over the car and away! Car was in excellent condition and was a pleasure to drive. All in all, a very good way to hire a car, with competitive prices.

Booked Skoda Kodiaq via Henry Skoda booking was smooth, collected car on time, and it was neat and clean, however, as soon as we started the car we came to know that the navigation option was not available in the vehicle, which is absurd for a car of this(SUV) segment plus if you are going on highland this is an essential feature one must need for hassle-free navigation, on reporting this to a consultant we have been told that s/w is not updated so we can't help it, and we ended up struggling with our phone for all navigation during our road trip :(
