Absolutely brilliant service - could not recommend it more. Liam was amazing, a true gentleman and provided us fantastic service.

I'd give less than 1 star if I could! When I collected the car the guy was almost 20 minutes late meeting us, though I appreciated it called to tell me he was running 10 minutes behind. The car itself was completely filthy & hadn't be valeted, which made checking for damage before driving away interesting. Today when I returned the car I told reception who I was there to see & told to take a seat. Left waiting for over half an hour, went back to reception & was left for another 15 minutes, for a guy (that had wandered past us many times) came over & stated he was now in charge of the car rentals. So we waited for close to an hour for a guy who was there doing nothing. Absolutely shocking! If I had returned the car late I'd have been charged best part if £100 but apparently my time isn't as precious. Not only did it put me out, but also my friend who had taken the time out of her day to come drive me home. Needless to say I am fuming & disgusted, terrible service & I will never use this service again.

Absolutely fantastic service! We needed a car last minute and were accommodated at last minute and above and beyond in terms of timings of pick up and again at drop off. Service was efficient, friendly and incredibly supportive. This was honestly the best rental car experience we have had. I cannot recommend more highly.
