Been using Kettering VW car hire for well over three years. Always a great service, always flexible, always efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful without exception. Cars are always clean and maintained well, never experienced any mechanical problem but I have no doubt that it would be dealt with satisfactory should it occur. I stopped looking at alternative local car hire companies a long time ago. Thank you VW!

This is the second time I have used this company to rent a car for a week at a time. I got quotes from several local car hire companies and these came out top both times on price, as well as mileage allowance. I saved over £100 for a week’s rental and even when I exceeded the mileage allowance, they were very accommodating. Thank you VWFS

Have used VW Rent a Car Kettering when in the UK and once again was not disappointed with their service.
The booking of a car was easy, and good value, confirmed quickly, picking up the car was simple, bit of paperwork, car was clean and just what I wanted.

Friendly staff and easy pick up / hand back process. Vehicle wasn’t very clean so had to sanitise and vacuum before our journey.

Bit disappointed with the ‘add on’ insurances, i.e windscreen protection which is standard with majority of policies.

Online service very easy. On day of pick up quick, efficient and friendly service. Car was just what I needed.
