Needed a car for a long weekend and went with a Golf. Along time since I have driven a brand new car but I very soon got used to it. There is almost too much information that comes up when you are driving and the sat nav took a bit of getting used to as did not having a normal handbrake. Still loved it though and the service from both collecting the car and returning it was first class. I will definitely be hiring such a vehicle again whenever the need arises. 10/10

Excellent service! The van was clean, ready on time and had a sensible level of fuel. The load area was impressive, with a padded floor covering, boxed-in wheel arches and plywood lining. The price was also competitive. We’ll use this company again.

I recently booked a van from VWFS after carrying out a search online and comparing against a number of local companies. They were not the cheapest, but they weren't far off, but I chose to book with them as the cheapest didn't fill me with confidence. I'm glad I did go with VWFS, as the collection and drop ff process were so simple, the member of staff was friendly, there was no wait and the vehicle was brand new.
If you want to rent a van from a reputable company and with good service, then pick this company!

Hire 11th -18th Sept 21.The T- Cross is a very comfortable, quiet, and economical car. I was worried that at 1000 cc it would not be powerful enough, however, there is plenty of power when you put your foot down. The T-Cross has adaptive lane guidance which is good as it tells you when you have crossed a white line. It is a pleasure to drive, I am 75years old and drove over 250miles in 5 hours, On arrival at our destination. I got out of the car feeling almost as fresh as when I got in it, that was a first. The hire service from Kettering VW staff was simple, courteous, and quick. At £267.00 for 8 days it is a bargain. We traveled over 800 miles and only filled up the petrol tank twice. I was reluctant to take it back and am considering getting a T-Cross in the new year. Well done VW & Kettering VW hire. RG

Hired a Crafter van from Parkway VW in Kettering after recommendation. Excellent service throughout. Good advice given about the size and dimensions of van needed for the job I had, paperwork smooth and pain free and staff professional and friendly. Vehicle brand new and fully equipped

The whole process was superbly handled at VW Kettering Parkway. The customer service was brilliant and would not hesitate to use the same place again. Well done!

The process was easy, car was ready for collection early and was called to inform me it was ready which was a nice touch (was still quite dirty inside and out on collection, luckily I thought to bring my own wipes/sanitiser to collect). The showroom was immaculate and greeted with a smile by all I met. The car itself (Tiguan Diesel manual) was JUST right for all we needed for a week away as a family of 5 with 3 under 8s. Including 3x separate tiny suitcases, one giant one for mum, a holdall for me, plus food, towels, general holiday stuff. The boot was big enough for everything and the footwells in the back took the coolbox too in front of the smallest child who's feet don't hang too. I installed my own dvd player easily in back too which had a very accessible and helpful aux socket. The AC was also really good in the car with the front and rear being able to be set to different temperatures. The drive was very comfortable despite usually driving an auto, the screen in the centre was very easy to use and touchscreen. My only personal niggle was the lane assist system, having to turn it off every turn of the key was strange. But overall, the car was fantastic. The process was very easy and safe.
