Great service and smooth transaction
Great service and smooth transaction. Shuttle was nearly new, great to drive. Loads of room, made taking family on holiday so much easier and less stressful. Initial rental easy online, the collecting and finally end of rental was made so easy by Jayit. Strongly Recommend VW Leicester will use again.

Process all round was very good, reasonable price and very straight forward. Jay, the customer service advisor was welcoming, pleasant and professional. The vehicles are of very high standard, we had a 71 plate 8 seater. Very nice. Would definitely recommend : )

Easy pick up and drop off. Good price for the rental of a nice new van in good condition. An issue with the security deposit was quickly sorted by Gary in Leicester.
