Really happy with service. No waiting, no long paperwork, all straight and simple.Attentive and polite staff. Highly recommend.

Collected a van early morning after booking late evening the night before following a breakdown. Van wasn't 100% charged but had adequate charge for my needs and it was communicated that I just needed to return with the same level of charge as I had collected it with.
No issues at all with the vehicle whilst I had it, immaculate condition, still smelt new and was a good test to see how an electric vehicle could work for my business. Would have no issues renting from them again.

From start to the end, Jay was brilliant providing a personable service being extremely helpful with all my questions

Unlike other rental places, the vehicle you book is the one you get. We needed a certain size cargo space and was worried to find out on pick up day that we’d been given a smaller vehicle

However Jay assured me the van I went to view was the same one that I’d be booking. The van was was perfect for our family road trip and being able to know the right van would be available made it a stress free experience

The van had 30 miles on it and we were the first ones to rent it so it was immaculate

A wonderful service. Very friendly, very clean van with under 100 miles on the clock when I picked it up. It took just 5 - 10 minutes to do the paperwork and then I was away in a brand new e-Transporter.

The entire experience was delightful and I would highly recommend for your rental needs. I will definitely be back when I need another van.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Booked a Kombi 6 seater van in March at the Manchester branch for our family holiday in July. Paid deposit, received confirmation email, all good. Phoned last week to add an additional driver and was told that they no longer have rental business and there is no van for me. When were they going to tell me? I now have to sort an alternative and given that almost 3 months has passed hire prices have increased massively. Have emailed VWFS customer services, no response. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. No offer from VW to help me sort an alternative. Awful. Avoid.

i rented a caddy from VWFSrentacar.co.uk in September.
The experience was perfect from the beginning to the end.
Thanks to Mark Walker that made everything to make me feel comfortable to hire this small van knowing that i'm not a UK citizen.
I should return the vehicle about 5 o'clock on Friday and he asked to his colleague to wait for me after the opening hours...
I can say he went the extra mile and i can only recommend VW manchester if you need to rent a car or van.

Hired a van to take one of our sons to uni. All went very smoothly and the VWFS transporter was in excellent condition and great to drive. Very quick pick up and drop off service too.
