Reasonable price for one week rental and unlimited mileage

Quality car and good prices
The price for the exact car I wanted was competitive ( wanted a longer “test” drive ) . Communication wasn’t the best as they have only one person in charge of renting and they were often away from their desk whenever I called , plus messages weren’t not passed on either . Having said that , the collection of the car was easy and it was a low mileage ( 1950 miles) car in excellent condition. One of the reasons a chose this car was for the ACC ( adaptive cruise control) and sat nav. For some unknown reason both of these features had been disabled ( message on screen) and not having cruise control was disappointing as there was quite a bit of motorway driving on our road trip . The car was impressive on fuel and other features and look forward to purchasing in near future . I would hire again from VWFS , but next time ask whether all features on car are fitted and working ( not disabled) .
