Unprofessional and untrustworthy
I tried to open an account for my son. I did everything requested, and scanned my documents. I was told they were accepted. However, after three weeks, the card had not arrived. When I tried to login, I was told my email address did not exist. One of the employees looked into the problem, and told me she could not understand. She later got back to me and told me that my identity card did not conform to French standard. This is very strange as I have a French identity card. I also do not understand why they did not tell me about this problem before. From the small amount of experience I have with this company, I can see that they are not a company to trust.
