I've always hated having to learn to…
I've always hated having to learn to use a laptop, but these days we've no choice, have we?
These guys always solve any occasional problems promptly for me, and even help me to understand what went wrong in the first place, so I come away feeling less of a dork!
This time it was supply a replacement and set it up.
I said "Minimise the changes, please. No new stuff for me, thank you - I want it to be set up as it was".
I can hardly tell the difference. Great job.
