Once again, take note other restaurants. My 5star rating in every waffle house area in Knoxville,TN.

The Waffle House store 962 on bowman rd in Little Rock gave us a great experience this morning. The staff greeted us as we came in the door. Our order was perfect. Even the soft scrambled eggs were done the right way. Our waitress was in a great mood. The floors and booth were clean. Even the women’s restroom was very clean which says a lot about an establishment.

Coming home from having bloodwork done one day last week I decided to stop at Waffle House to eat. I have to say I was mightily impressed. You people had a group of workers who were jovial, hard working, non- complaining, and “people savvy”. It is among the cleanest restaurants I have been in. The store is located in the Panama City, Florida area and the store number is 988.
If your company gives Outstanding
Customer Service Awards the manager of this establishment certainly deserves one. It was apparent his people look up to him and
he didn’t let them down.

A well satisfied old lady who will now be a frequent customer.

I've been to probably a dozen different Waffle House restaurants over the years and not once has one ever been a satisfactory experience. Nine times out of ten they don't even get your order right. The occasional time they do get it right the food is just disgusting. I think they try to offset their shortcomings by being somewhat cheap but it really isn't worth it.

I am finishing my breakfast at the Waffle House on Hope Mills Rd in Hope Mills, NC. My breakfast was exceptional! Three were at least 11 people behind the counter working and everything flowed seamlessly! This crew was extraordinarily coordinated. I marveled at how graciously everything flowed during what would have been considered kayous at many other restaurants! My server was, Rhi!

Waffle House is not a good place to eat at mainly because Waffle House do not care about their employees, Its sad that their employees don't get the recognition for the hard work they do to make Waffle House as rich as the company is. Shame on you Waffle House.

Most Waffle House restaurants I have been in are OK. But the one on Hwy 29 in Athens, Georgia, ruined Waffle House for me. Restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 7 other customers. For some reason, the waitress Beth was rude and disrespectful. My daughter and I left the restaurant and went somewhere else to eat. The sad part is that prior to this experience we ate at this same restaurant location 2 or 3 times a month. Now, never again will I go to this one. Filed complaint with corporate offices. They were very conciliatory in their response and indicated that the situation had been discussed with Beth.
