We had the misfortune to eat at the Trafford Centre, the whole experience was robotic and impersonal. The staff do not even deserve minimum wage, they were rude and disjointed.
Never to be repeated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chicken raw, long wait after and made to pay in full!!
2 days ago a friend and I went to the Wembley store for lunch. I ordered the chicken and prawn yaki soba, but the chicken was raw. I ate some and then saw the inside of the bit I had bitten was pink. I showed staff and luckily replaced it. I still had to pay full price and waited almost 20 minutes for a new one, so my friend was done and we both ate separately. I’m not impressed I had to still pay for my meal despite eating raw chicken and the wait time. Not good.

I wrote a complaint twice to Wagamama at Bridgend designer outlet, with no response whatsoever. It was a special Anniversary, and meal. I finished my meal, before my husband received his. On
top, i had asked for a diet coke expresso, which came as full sugar, so they said they wouldn't charge (they did) and come with the correct coke (they didn't). Alas i won't be returning.
Chilli Squid Yummy!
I placed an online order through deliveroo and the food arrived in good time with a lovely note from Cabot store in Bristol & a free peach iced tea. Chilli Squid delivered to my work place.

I had a great experience at the Watford Wooodside Wagamamas branch. I was greeted by staff member Amanda & shown to as seat, then provided with (in next to no time) a wonderfully tasty dish of Roti as well as the Ginger Cheesecake dessert. An excellent location with fantastic service delivered by a very bubbly, helpful and professional member of your team! Which means I will of course definatel be visiting again soon!
Exceptional experience
Justina at Wagamama Staines truly made our visit outstanding. From the moment we walked in, her warm welcome and cheerful demeanor set the tone for a great meal. She was incredibly attentive, checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect, and made thoughtful recommendations that added to our dining experience. Justina's friendly service, combined with her professionalism and genuine care, made us feel valued as guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our meal, which made the experience even more special.
The delicious food, featuring a wide selection of Asian and Japanese dishes such as ramen and teppanyaki, was just the cherry on top. The restaurant also has fantastic vegan options, catering to various dietary preferences. Overall, Wagamama Staines is a must-visit, especially with staff like Justina making the experience exceptional!
Fab food and service!
Just visited (walk-in) Maidstone restaurant (table 431).
Lovely service from Misha.
Food was great - exactly what we needed for my daughters birthday. Thanks all!

New pad thai recipe (tofu) is awful. Why change a nice thing???
Attended for the first time one to forget
Attended for the first time . Good atmosphere and clean surroundings. Intillay the staff where helpful and polite . We were informed that the food could come in any order and that it may not come together. My main course arrived which was tasty and warm. Then my side/starter arrived which was ok. My wife’s main then arrived which was a bit bland. About 20 minutes later our assistant came over to say the starter/side was going to be about another 20minutes. Some 15-20 minutes later we were then informed that the side/starter would now be a further 40 minutes. By this time the member of staff was less than helpful and we asked for the bill. The staff member very kindly informed us they would not charge us for the side/starter we had not received . The experience was to say the least disappointing . We will not be rushing back. The starlight thing was the was only prawns in a bit sauce . Throughout the issues mentioned prawns were being brought out to other tables.
Wonderful place
Wonderful place, great meal and Vito that attended to us was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience
Change of Shift Mgr Required in the Trafford Centre...
Greeter was pleasant enough, but sadly the server had the aura of someone that didn't want to be there....
Orders were taken promptly, and we had to choose alternative drinks as all the draught beer had run out - " it's Saturday and we've been busy", was the reason.
Three out of the four starters came out, and my daughter was aghast to find a full on 'wishbone' in her duck Bao bun.
Calling over the Original Greeter, it was a straight " I'll get my Manager ".
A few minutes later, the 'Manager' came over with the menu and even before introducing herself or addressing us, immediately pointed out that it does states' may contain bones'.
We were gobsmacked!
Straight away, I said, 'hold on, you may expect fragments / splinters, but not a full-on wishbone!!!'....
This was met with a blank stare.
So no apology whatsoever, just said they'd be replaced and removed from the bill.
She came back 5mins later with the replacement buns, and literally just put them down on the table without a word.
I therefore challenged her lack of apology and empathy with the situation, and we were met with a blank look before turning and walking away!
So that was 2 opportunities missed to apologise.
Totally poor behaviour for a Manager, Wagamama, this could've been dealt with far more professionally.

Callum from the Canterbury branch was so helpful and attentive! he really made our experience so much better.
Awfull experience at Wimbledon
Wimbledon used to be okay, but last time the service was slow and one of the meal took too long to arrive, the noodles and the vegetables were burned. I conplained and I found a hair on the replacement meal. Are these coincidences?
The waiter was helpful and apologetic, and promised the manager would come to the table, but he never did.
Would never eat at Wagamama’s again.

Dreadful presented food like vomit and tasteless also.
It used to be a good quality presented food and how it’s horrendous worse as delivery home service. We ordered two meals and looked like vomit, salad was 4 pieces of leafs .. I complained and they couldn’t care. I won’t recommend either will order again. I took pictures of it.

The service was very slow at Clark’s village, even though the restaurant was not busy. We were a group of four and all the rather mediocre meals were served at different times. Very disappointing . Be prepared for basic uncomfortable seating.

I love Waga's but it's so frustrating that the Deliveroo portions are so much smaller than in the restaurant. Why is this when I pay the same price + delivery?
Disgusting Wagamama @Forest Hill delivery kitchen!
