Charged VAT twice, unvilling to correct error
Unfortunately, Wagendass shipping department did not enter the VOEC number in the designated field when registering the shipment. This resulted in me being charged VAT twice: Once from Wagendass, the second time during import to Norway; the packaged was re-coded as COD ("Cash on Delivery") and I had to pay this to have the package delivered.

We also specified that we would need proof of this duplicate payment in order to contact your organization.

Recieved quickly, and the same as my other review.. cheap unbranded chinese bearings, make the kit a bit more expensive, and put proper bearings in.

Bought an alternator. Unbeatable price. Fast delivery. Works great. Only problem was that the keyway in the shaft was not machined perfectly making fitment of pully difficult.

No happy customers, scam company, sale the fake Valeo alternator made in France but is not true, remanufactured alternator aftermarket made in Poland with aftermarket box pay 300€ for a aftermarket remanufactured no name brand scrap ! Yes it is a cheap fake car parts, I have the proof, please stop with your layer confirmation please, thank you !

Hello, the alternator delivered is a new Valéo, as indicated on the websites, we even offered to send it back, which you refused, which is very strange. We can't understand this desire to denigrate for free, but on top of that, not wanting to put the part in, so admitting that it's the right one.

This company is the worst experience I have ever encountered online in France , the customer service messages were rude, uninformed and they did not know where the missing parcel was, I asked for a refund they then delivered item after I have ordered another from diff supplier , I will not recommend or use this company ever again ! Terrible customer service experience , their rating needs to be downgraded to reflect the same

you placed an order with us, giving the wrong address - a postal code error: 55220 Coex instead of 85220 Coex. As transport orders are generated automatically, this caused a problem with delivery, as the carrier was unable to find your address. Following this, you sent us a number of insulting and threatening messages, the likes of which we've never had to deal with before. It's impossible for us to understand your dishonesty and malice.
