Everything was great, really happy with it.

Just had my front and back doors replaced by Walkers Windows.. great service from start to finish.. absolutely beautiful doors.. really good quality and they were fitted by John & Donna who have done a brilliant job.. I cannot thank them enough..old doors taken away .. all rubbish removed and were so friendly..thank you guys .. really appreciate your professionalism.

John and Donna just fitted new door. Very efficient and professional service. Rang the night before to tell us when they would arrive. Explained everything we needed to know about the fitting and the door itself. Also cleaned up thoroughly. Very friendly and personable..

Lee griffiths came to install my window, done efficiently and to a high level of professionalism. Room was left tidy as it was before window was fitted. Job well done .

Complete mess up at the beginning with the Surveyor failing to abide by our wishes and actually costing us a missed day when the installer arrived with the wrong sill.
New day for installation had to be arranged.
Absolutely no issues when the installation began 2 days later.
Phil, Stuart and Oscar arrived bright and early, went through the process with myself thoroughly and were polite, respectful and diligent throughout.
They were a pleasure to deal with.
Door looks great and they left everything neat and tidy after giving aftercare advisories .

Arrived on time promptly fitted the patio doors to perfection. Small issue with glass but resolved quickly. John and Donna perfect fitters.

Walkers Windows have been really easy to deal with, from the initial measure and quote to the survey and finally the fitting (by John and Donna) it’s been so simple and stress free. My home was left clean and tidy afterwards as well, which is always a win. I will happily recommend this company to friends and family in the future. Also, props to Donna, I love to see women in male dominated fields.

From the very start, the whole team was professional, friendly, and helpful. The process of choosing the windows was straightforward, and the installation was carried out to a very high standard.
Mark Ingham was the fitter, and he arrived on time as promised. He was courteous throughout the visit and even took a moment to give my dog some attention, which helped to keep him calm.
Once the windows had been fitted, Mark took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable using them. He also ensured that protective sheeting was put down to prevent any marks on the carpets, and he left the area spotless when the work was completed.
Overall, the experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future window or door upgrades.

Jools has been back to our house on 3 occasions. Firstly to do a refit and then to finish little jobs off while waiting for parts, such as the letterbox and window sill.
What a superstar!! If you’re thinking of using walkers, then I’d defo recommend Jools as the fitter to have. Very high standards of work and finishing, a nice guy all round. Chatty, friendly and professional. Will take any concerns into consideration and if he can sort it then he will.
To say he came back to put the previous fitters work right, and tbh this is the standard we expected in the first place, he was very apologetic on their behalf and got the job done….right.
Walkers need to be looking for fitters of this calibre. They shouldn’t accept anything less. A job well done in the first instance is all that matters to customers.
Having to stop home on your day off an extra 3 days for problems to be put right isn’t satisfactory!!

Stuart, Phil and Oscar installed new windows throughout my house (16 windows!) in extreme heat. They arrived on time and did a great job with a good sense of humour.

Installer who also carried out the survey took time to do a decent job.

Huge shout out to Jay Germain and Danny Bray who have: fitted a solid roof to our conservatory, replaced sliding doors and replaced a number of blown panes. They arrived promptly every morning, worked their socks off in stifling heat, they were very knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant and polite. We had previously had a front door fitted by Walkers and I wasn't happy with the quality of the silicone. Jay and Danny have put this right and it now all looks brilliant. All in all another very positive experience from Walkers Windows and I would definitely recommend them, especially the brilliant fitters! 5 ⭐ 😃

From the initial visit to the showroom to completion we could not fault them. The installers Mark, Steve & John were superb. Left everything clean. They are a credit to the company.
