The quote from Walkers Windows was considerably lower than the one from a close competitor. After looking at the reviews on Trustpilot I felt confident to go with them. Ian and Lee who installed the windows were clearly very experienced, thorough and went above and beyond with the care they took to make everything look immaculate. I called the customer care team the next day to ask if a safety catch could be added to a window and it was no problem at all. They immediately arranged for someone to come a couple of days later. Thank you to Graham who called in advance and came to do that extra job. Withholding payment until I was completely satisfied was not a problem. Everything from start to finish has been stress free and so professional. I will be recommending you to everyone!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new front door - the green replacement for a black door has brightened up the look of the whole house! All the staff were extremely helpful when choosing the door but it’s the best idea to go and see them in the showroom. The fitter, Mark Ingram, was excellent. Friendly, quick and tidied everything up - thank you.

2 windows fitted today by John & Donna who I would highly recommend. I received a phonecall yesterday to inform me of time of arrival. John & Donna arrived on time & carried out the job efficiently & professionally. They were meticulous at tidying up, as also on a previous job they attended too. Top job!

We were delighted with our experience getting a new front door. We found the showroom display much better than competitors we visited, making it easy to see what the doors would look like in terms of details like whether you could see through the glass panels or not. The service in the showroom was excellent with no pressure and the installation by John and Donna was first class. They were friendly, conscientious, professional and very tidy indeed. I would certainly recommend Walkers to anyone.

Had John and Donna out again today (18/06/2026) from Walkers Windows, and just like last time, they were brilliant. No messing about, clear communication throughout, and great quality work.

Great service. Friendly, efficient staff. Installed a new set of patio doors for us and did a super neat job - taking great care not to damage existing plaster and flooring.

Phil, Stuart and Oscar have just fitted windows and replaced our old patio door, prompt, clean and tidy.

The widow not only looks fantastic but they've left zero damage on any paint work, I dont need to do any touch ups and they were extremely respectful of the rest of the house as well.

Phil and Stuart arrived at 11.30 and by 1 o’clock had finished installing the external door to the lounge. Friendly, really efficient, cleaned up afterwards and the door looks superb! Phil also fitted back into place a seal on another door that had come loose. Highly recommended (but we’ve found that previously on doors installed by Walkers).

John and Donna arrived on time. Friendly, polite and diligent and respectful of home. Really pleased with the 3 windows they have fitted, they look fab! and can see they have taken time and pride in fitting them. Kept house nice and clean by laying sheets. John ensured I was happy with the openings and supervised to see openings and vents ok for me. A first class job, and a great team to boot👍 Thank you John and Donna

The fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing our door, they kept everything clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the door and surround can't believe what a difference it has made. Would highly recommend this company

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service provided by John and Donna from Walkers Windows. They have given my house an amazing facelift, and the new windows have made such a huge difference to the overall appearance of my home. Throughout the process, John and Donna were incredibly respectful of the property. They kept everything clean and tidy, laying down protective sheets to ensure our home was looked after. I couldn't be any more delighted with the final result and highly recommend their work.

The whole process has been a breeze. We knew what product we wanted and contacted walkers because we had seen a showroom close to us. The service throughout has been great, from sales, engineer and installation. We had a new front door, the quality is great and the installation fantastic. Jools consulted with me on installation and made recommendation that made all the difference.

John & Donna fitted our new back door they phoned the night before to say they would be there between 7.30 to 8 o’clock which suited us fine they arrived promptly to installed our door we are really pleased they are very professional did a lovely job and cleared up afterwards taking the old door and rubbish with them. They showed us how the locking system and inter-grated blind worked We asked for John & Donna as they had fitted our front door last year so was pleased to have them installing again we very happy with our decision to have a stable type back door with integrated blind in the top panel works a treat and looks good well done Walkers Windows.
