I have purchased a number of walking sticks and accessories for myself and my elderly mother over the years. I recently bought a walking stick for my mother which, when she saw it, she did not like it. You were most helpful and ensured that this was resolved quickly and to my mothers absolute satisfaction.

I was interested in buying a Blackthorn stick. I saw thw different handle styles and liked the pistol grip style. The illustration was of a Blackthorn shaft, on a pistol grip handle. without reading the description, only going on the picture, I ordered item.
When it arrived, it was a rustic shaft. Very nice, but not what i had in mind. I have kept this one, and when i can afford it, order the knob handled, Blackthorn stick.

I would suggest you make the differing options more clear on your website, by saying something like; " This stick for illustration only, please state your preference.

I recently purchased an adjustable foldable flip-stick, thinking it would be ideal for situations where I might have to queue, for example in an airport.
The delivery was excellent arriving in 2 days but I am not very keen on the stick.
Whilst it does exactly what it says, i.e. adjusts in length and folds up for ease of carrying, it is very uncomfortable on the hand when used for any length of time. It has a very hard plastic seat/handle, slightly rough and made my hand hurt.
I already owned a gel-handled walking stick which is much more comfortable to use and I think that the flip-stick range would be much better if they had gel-type handle/seats.
As I had had the flip-stick for a while before using it for any length of time, I do not expect any refund etc, and as I said, the service was brilliant and I can recommend it.

Sticks are great, but I completed a form for zero VAT as I'm disabled. They charged me the VAT anyway. That's not good. The sticks are expensive and I need two, so I'm not pleased.

This company is very good the walking stick is of excellent quality the wood has been seasoned well. From first placing the order we were kept informed of the progress of the parcel, and it was delivered 2 days from the order been placed. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a walking stick

I placed my order for a walking stick on a Tuesday morning and received a email on Tuesday afternoon which informed me that the item had been dispatched.
The package was delivered to my door on Wednesday morning...

Received my walking stick today, a very pleasant courier dropped of the well wrapped parcel containing the stick. On opening I found the stick in excellent condition and exactly as ordered. My only regret is that the spare ferrel ordered was not the same as on the current one, it may well serve the purpose but in my opinion is sub standard to to the quality I expected from your company.

Seems to be well constructed and strong, this folding walking stick, in its own plastic pouch, is light and compact and easy to carry around in your handbag, and is ready in seconds as a sturdy cane to help you on your way on those occasions when your joints are proving troublesome. The multi-coloured spotty design is also very pretty and cheerful and goes with so many of my outfits and accessories. All in all a great buy!
