Amazing fast delivery

The bed was easy to build and so was the cabinet. It says two person assembly but it was easy enough to do by my self.

I have had the bed for just over a year and find it still as good as day one built to last and everyday use

It's a sturdy, good quality product that works well. It's a proper bed, not some fimsy uncomfortable thing. The assembly instructions could be more comprehensive than they are, but are adequate if you use common sense and a little forethought.

The service from this company was excellent. The hide away double bed was purchased as a room for multi purpose use. When the doors are closed you would not know it was in there. The guys from the shop were amazing and the communication when buying the bed was great and nothing was no problem what so ever. I will definitely be using this company again. I would like to thank all the team for all the help with the purchase of this bed. Thank you so much

I recently purchased a bed from Wallbedking, which wasn’t cheap, so I expected a smooth process.

Instead, it was a nightmare. There were no proper instructions—just a vague video tutorial that didn’t explain which parts were which or how they should fit.

The worst was assembling the bottom: I had to join four tubes at once, but two were hidden under a table, making them impossible to see. To top it off, one tube was too big for its slot, forcing me to spend over an hour banging it into shape, which ruined the paint. I even ended up bleeding while wrestling the central tubes into place between tight spaces. This was a frustrating, damaging, and unsafe experience. I’d never recommend Wallbedking to anyone.

Great product and a good company to deal with, with advice offered by email over and above the instructions delivered with the product. The bed wasn't the cheapest out there but still reasonable and we've had no regrets because you get what you pay for. Well engineered, everything fitted correctly with no loose or poorly fitting parts, nothing missing and once adjusted for mattress and bedding weight the bed works perfectly.
Really quick to pull down and put up again, we would happily recommend this company and it's product to friends.

I bought a convertible bed (Studio) lead by all the beautiful reviews they haveand It was a nightmare from the start. The product was subpar with weak slats poorly built frame wich did not have hole to fix side panels and room to slide back wooden panels. They claimed it could hold a matress height of up to28 cm. compared to competitive products that limit up to 20 cm. In reality, it did not manage the weight of my 25 cm. matress properly when flipped. To get a refund it took more than 3 months with the intervention of my bank and it had caused a lot of aggravation and a red bank account.

This company is the best. The bed is high quality and easy to use, great explanations on how to install it and much cheaper that renting an extra room, cause now I can use my room during the day for other activities. Honestly is like a normal bed only 30cm far from the wall that is the only thing that makes you see the bed is different than other beds. I use this in my main room so like I use it everyday is not on the guest room, and it totally tolerates the everyday use. I must say though that the best of all is the customer service. They were there pre-purchase for like 112 questions I had even before buying cause I have plasterboard and I didn’t know if it would work. And after purchase they wrote me to ask if it was okey and I told them honestly I cannot pull it down myself without my husband. They immediately sent 2 tech guys super cool like next day to change the regular pistons for others and voilá now I can pull it down and up again with no help. Really they are amazing, specially Tim. By the way I never had to even wait on the phone like you call the same Tim answers every time super fast and diligent. I couldn’t ask more, is better much better than expected. I have red before buying that the customer service was good but honestly it is outstanding.

Thrilled. So far, I'm delighted. I did a lot of research on wall beds and murphy beds to try to make sure I got a good, sturdy, well-made bed. I had quite a specific idea in my head.

Well, I can honestly say that this bed matches my expectations.

I had to plump for the standard UK double as my ceiling height wouldn't accommodate the king. And, I plumped for the classic as I couldn't justify the extra cost for the studio (that I really wanted).

It was easy to put together myself following the easy you tube instructions. I've anchored it to the wall and the floor. It's fab. The studio effect will be easily obtained by the purchase of some light weight corrugated plastic or similar and some velcro. So, that's next. Not put the mattress on yet either so, I can't comment on comfort yet!

But, I'm literally thrilled with my purchase.

I had a problem with my wall bed which was down to the way I put it togeather.
I called up after having the bed for nearly 2 years to purchase some new slat holders.
Tim sent some out free of charge along with some instructions.

The bed is just what I wanted, easy to use, compact and really comfortable.
And the customer service is outstanding!! I contacted them today on email and got a call back a couple of hours later!! So happy I chose to buy my bed from them!

I now own 2 beds from Wall Bed King. The first purchased in 2017, and the second in 2020. The second bed developed a small fault with it recently. I emailed Tim, who has worked with the company since before my first purchase, and he sent a team around to check the bed over AND REPAIR IT within 48 hours. I am astounded and how good the service was, and how well updated we were about the timings of the team coming to repair the bed. 6- stars.

I'm really happy with the whole process.

I purchased a King Size Studio Wallbed and mattress and now I can switch between a bedroom and a gym.

It's like having an extra room in the house for the price of a good bed. :D

Tim was really helpful with the purchase and delivery process. I assembled the bed myself. Unfortunately I made a mistake connecting the pistons which caused a small part of the frame to break after several weeks of "misuse".

I contacted them and they were really nice and replaced the part free of charge (even though it had been my fault), which shows their good will.

As for the bed itself, it looks nice and modern, the frame is really strong, the mattress is very comfortable. Very easy to put it against the wall or to put it back down. I do it every day.

This twin horizontal bed was so easy to put together. I am an under 5 ft 120 lb 80 year old and did the whole thing by myself so, believe me, anyone can do it. Had to fit it into a "nitch" in the wall and this space took some adjustment but it's done and I love it. Best customer service ever to help with a small problem. Highly recommend these beds and this company.

You dont know how good a company is until something goes wrong. We got our bed about 18 months ago and love everything about it, unfortunately a bolt broke last night and I reached out to customer support to see if I could buy a new one. Tim was fantastic and there's already a new bolt in the post, replaced free of charge, I didn't even have to give them my address.

I'd recommend Wall Bed King to anyone thinking about buying one of their products, they're great and they've got awesome customer support.

I purchased the vertical double wall bed, and what an excellent idea!! The space it saves is immense, considering me and my partner have 3 children in a two bedroom home, to have the option to covert our living room into a bedroom without sacrificing family space is unbeatable! The construction of it is beautifully simple, robust and elegant all in one, and it paired with the tempur mattress, best nights sleep I’ve ever had! The customer care staff, ordering and service is impeccable considering they’re made to order! 100% recommend!

I brought the wall bed it had great intructions and also a video which I followed it made it very easy to put together. I also like that the drivers were very helpful when they came and helped me put it in my bedroom

I bought a fold down vertical bed for our spare room. The delivery was well organised and the instructions were easy to follow to assemble the bed, we just needed a drill to attach the base into the floor. It's very convenient to have the bed able to fold up against the wall when we don't have guests over!

What was really great about the company was how proactive the customer service was after the purchase. I ordered some furniture from other companies around the same time where it was impossible to get hold of anyone. With this wall bed, I had some questions on how one part fitted together and the company rang me several times to find a good time to talk me through it. I would highly recommend this company for your peace of mind!!
