Hideaway bed supplied the folding bed ( Beta ) mechanism and mattress for a customers custom made fold away bed. The joiners fitted the system into the frame. Everything was delivered on time and all correctly and has worked very well. The joiners commented on how well the system worked and was straight forward to incorporate into the setting. One happy customer.

We had a great experience with Hideaway Beds. We were able to visit their showroom in Plymouth and Michael who showed us around was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He also answered some questions for us via email following our visit. Once we'd found the right product it arrived quickly and we were able to assemble it ourselves. I would highly recommend Hideaway Beds team and products.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Hideaway Bed Next bed. The quality of the bedframe is outstanding, and it’s incredibly lightweight, making it so easy to pull down and lift back up into my newly built cupboard. It’s such a clever and practical solution, and it looks fantastic too.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I was provided with clear, detailed instructions, including precise measurements for the cabinetry, which made my joiner’s job so much easier. Everything fitted perfectly thanks to that guidance.

I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and space-saving bed solution!

We have installed the king size bed in our spare room and we, and our occasional guests are delighted with our decision. It’s so much better to provide a “proper” bed rather than a sofa bed. The other major benefit is that for the majority of the time we have all the space in our spare room as the bed just folds up against the wall. Michael provided knowledgeable advice regarding using our existing mattress and installation. Delivery was scheduled for our convenience and was on time. My husband and I found assembly and installation straightforward. Overall definitely recommend; everyone we’ve shown has been very impressed.

I bought a hideaway folding bed in 2020, and it's worked fine ever since.

Last week one of the springs gave out, so I contacted them and they sent a couple of replacements, free of charge, which arrived next day. Plus some maintenance advice (use WD40) which should mean I won't get any more bust springs for a good few years.

Great experience from beginning to end. When ordering was informed bed would take up to 6 weeks to arrive but was so delighted when I received email informing me the item I purchased was in fact in stock and would be delivered the very next week. Everything was smooth sailing from then. Delivery was received with updates and checked on site. I am delighted to say the bed is now fitted and looking great. I would recommend Hideaway beds as the bedsthey are made from extremely good quality and look the same. Customer service is excellent too especially was able to speak to a person and not a robot!

I purchased a hideaway bed from this company in 2021, from start to finish I received great communication, the delivery was excellent with no complaints about delivering to the bed to the second floor, the product was excellent, exactly as described and instructions were easy to follow.

I recently had an issue with one of the handles, I contacted the company and received excellent support from Michael and Leanne and was able to get a replacement handle. This is a UK company based in Devon who demonstrate in-depth knowledge of their products and excellent customer service. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy purchase through eBay shop, quick efficient clear communication. Purchased NEXT wall bed double, as most compact version to fit in restrictive space. Efficient courier delivery. Very pleased with product, well made robust, clear assembly instructions, link to video tutorial supplied. Will definitely consider further purchases.

Bed arrived and I love it ❤️ Clear instructions and linked step by step videos via QR codes. Very sturdy material. Smooth, easy opening and closing.

Good foldaway bed product, excellent service. Bed lasted over seven years so far with different tenants. Tenants have lost straps and damaged hinges but company has helped us maintain the bed at little extra cost. Recommend. David. Jackie.
