Amazingly quick response from the initial enquiry, through the proofing process and the final delivery date. The product itself is very high quality and easy to put up with a bit of care and attention.

After delivery and installation I noticed a slight design flaw, and this has also been rectified in very impressive time and with good grace.

Saw a design I liked on Pinterest and sent it to Wallboss to see if they could recreate it for my sons bedroom. The communication with Paige was great and nothing was ever a bother. The proof was sent through before production and was the exact same as the picture I had sent. The price was reasonable too. Absolutely love it and will be ordering from this company again.

Over the moon with my new wall sign for my companies new office. Paige was very patient whilst I struggled to get the correct design formats of our company logo. Overall the customer experience was 10 out of 10. If you're looking for a high-quality wall sign then I highly recommend!

Item took four weeks to arrive, after much chasing and only after demanding a refund this was blamed on the courier losing it.
Funnily enough when the item arrived the label indicated that it was only shipped the previous day!
No tracking information was ever provided despite chasing many times - I wonder if without this chasing it would ever have been sent?

Very happy with both the product and customer service. I ordered the World Map in grey which looks stunning across a curved white wall. Quality seems fine, although I can't comment on durability as it's only just gone up. My only quibble is that instructions are a bit basic, and it's trickier than it looks, so it's worth looking at a couple of Youtube videos first. Even though I'd ordered the smaller sized map it was definitely a two woman job, I certainly couldn't have done it alone. Greenland and Korea came adrift at one point but we managed to restore them to their rightful place in the world! Perhaps the company should have an instructional video on the website.
