I signed up with this company 6 months…

I signed up with this company 6 months ago and they have a good website with much of everything that I needed. About a month ago, I tried to sign in and my saved password in google cloud was gone. I entered "forgot password" , entered my email address to give me a temporary password but never got any reply and I also checked spam. In my research I find others having the same problem. I tried to get a contact phone number and found out they did not list one. What else can I do
