Ordered some baking ingredients for my fiancée to make cookies for their class.
The Meadville, PA Walmart facility f'd up putting on the delivery labels on the stuff.
The first time delivery driver handled his job well and provided a calm and fast solution for the problem.
So a shoutout to Gregory for saving the day.

This place is a joke. Overly priced they will hire anyone. The people that shop for customers I have yet to meet a nice one!! They go in front of you even when shopping they attitudes from hell.. the managers dont do their jobs!! The buggies suck. You would think with all the money their greedy a**es make they would get decent ones.. everyone I talk to dreads going to walmart because IT SUCKS!!!!

Fast delivery and nice customer care

Walmart has changed their policy and now will not ship products. They only allow local pickup or delivery to your house by an employee for a ~$10 fee.

This is in addition to them refusing to ship many products in the first place like many Great Value branded products.

This makes it Extremely difficult for disabled folks like myself who can't drive but also can't have a delivery person wanding around on their property that isn't from a package carrier. I know 1 person who works there w a bad drug problem and while I'm very happy wm is giving him a chance, I'd Never let him near my property.

Walmart has terrible anti-botting and does little to nothing to stop scalpers from clearing entire stock of collectables.

walmart - xtreme power cordless 4.5" grinder died first time used 34 days after purchase not after 30 days after delivery. walmart denied warranty. contacted ihubdeal the distributor. they said return item to ascess item. mailed usps. did not get any response of any kind. i will not purchase anything from a third party vender of walmarts again. wish i had read the warnings.

No way to reach Customer Service in the United States. No phone number except 1-800-Walmart. This number takes you offshore. Oh…before you go offshore, you have to talk to the AI. No help. It eventually sends you offshore. I was given another number to avoid the AI. Nope, went offshore. Another phone number for Corp online is 1-479-4000. This number is non working. They can’t even clean this up. I was told by someone from Walmart that there is only o e phone number and they don’t have enough people answering the phones in the US and I might not EVER get to speak to someone in the United States. What horrible Customer Service. Apparently Walmart doesn’t make enough money to employ people in the US. Disgusting. I decided to go to Home Depot instead.

Got home and a third of my items were missing or I didn't buy but was still charged.
The 800 Walmart number is useless.
And instead of me staying home with my sick dogs, I had to run back to Walmart, and when I returned home my dog was pulling her stitches out,this Walmart is the very worst Walmart in the USA nothing but trouble and smartass. The lady today was very nice. You only have one compent register person and she wasn't working this morning. What a nightmare this Walmart is.

We order on Walmart.com. The order was supposed to be delivered to our house. Get notified order delivered. But not our house and another house (seen the picture of where delivered) differently not ours. Contacted Walmart 2 times. Both times promised a refund. Then email stating don’t qualify for refund. So I don’t have my order and don’t get a refund. So Walmart takes your money for nothing. Did image search of picture where order delivered it is empty house that up for sale with no trespassing signs posted. Really great Walmart. By way I am disabled that why my order was made for delivery.

convenience is top for me ordering online does just this. Usually get my packages within 1 to 2 business days.

Went to Walmart the other day to buy a phone and get a carrier. The kid that served me was Dakota. I don’t know he was 18 or 20 between there. Every single thing he said was a lie every single thing that came out of his mouth while he waited on me was a lie so he could make a bigger commission what did he think? I wasn’t gonna find out absolutely terrible after I return this phone, I will never go in another Walmart again and this kid Dakota works at the Walmart on seventh Street and he also works at the one on 2nd St.. Beware he’s a liar.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star! Santa Rosa beach floridas wal-mart is garbage!! The same person who designed the clogged congested parking lot, does the in store debacle. There’s product everywhere and no room to walk with a basket let alone a cart! The staff fulfilling online orders will run you over. Don’t even think about asking them a question about where the pickles are. Little ol lady did that and the staff member looked pissed and then tried to say “don’t speak English”
Then when it’s time to checkout. They have 2 outta 16 cashier lanes open. And half the self checkouts open.
Complete insanity! No one is smiling Tourists, locals and especially the staff. The only other shopping center is Publix where you give up you paycheck to buy their meat. It’s like they’re competing with Whole Foods.
Grocery shopping used to be actually fun. What should I do for dinner? Look around and come up with and idea. Now… it’s what can I grab quick and get the hell outta here!!

Walmart rotating district guy for phones and electronics sold me an IPhone without giving me correct information on how hard it actually is to own just one Apple device. He also did not include the phone box that comes with all the information. Phone cord and necessary warranty paperwork. I left several msgs for him to call me back regarding this and no calls back. I am more than missed off about this as the electronic dept never answers my calls anymore. They have phone devices that show the callers number so im sure they are now just avoiding my calls..So I am now getting told there is nothing I can do.

They lie constantly to you my order was placed 2 weeks I ordered items for Easter that was to be delivered with 2 days I’ve spoken to 8 different customer service representatives all telling a different story

My comment is on your famous chicken fillets breaded ready to cook. Now my comment is this when I first started buying your famous chicken fillets breaded ready to cook they were good and they said 12 servings per container and they was always 12 chicken fillets in each container but now that I'm buying them it still says 12 servings but they're only eight bullets in each bag now to me that is false representation the prices went higher but the quality has went lower you a dollar more a bag than it was a month ago but you've lost four big bullets now what happened there is that not false representation you think about that and for the people who don't know this start counting your filets in the bag.

You only received one star because I had to give you a star to make a review. Walmart is getting worse and worse. I ordered the car part and it's supposed to be here the next day. It wasn't but they kept lying over and over all day long they kept lying over and over again. Then have the nerve to say well if your delivery doesn't come you can get your money back no stuff.. I can really get my money back for something I did not receive. I called the customer helpline six times and was hung up on each time. And then the chat is so pushy because I asked to speak to a human the chat kept saying I can help you I can help you I don't want your help all you do is tell lies. So I still never got my car parked which they said they were on their way at 1:02 this afternoon and now it is almost 6:00 boycott Walmart.. boycott Walmart as always.

I bought a minisplit on clearance from costway through the Walmart.com marketplace. I was very pleased with the price and that I could get a warranty on it like anything other electronics I buy from walmart. The shipment arrived 4 days ahead of schedule, but a box was missing. I contacted the shipping company and walmart, and costway sent me the missing box through fed ex overnight which was pretty responsive to my issue. Overall it was still delivered before they advertised and I received what I ordered. So I marked them down one star for the hastle, but was pretty pleased in general.

Let me explain I have since stopped using Walmart online and since closed my account it is one of the worst services i have ever used i ordered a small generator it was lost in shipping ok fine but it took weeks and fighting to get refund then i ordered a few other items that were then canceled then i ordered small dryer for apartment it was delivered to wrong address win i looked in the tracking it had a photo of delivery was not my home not my address in photo even when i pointed that out they still refused to refund or replace so at that point they said i violated terms of service i asked how never answered so i closed my account with walmart.com i would recommend any other do not use them just my experience trying to use them for a year thank you
