Ian and Ben made the experience faultless. The issue of repair and comms with all parties including the insurance company made it so that I enjoyed a great experience. A car was provided by WAMS whilst mine was repaired and I was kept up to date on what stage work was at. I was very pleased with the final result, perfect work on my vehicle. Would highly recommend and will do as and when the situation arises.

I Cannot thank WAMs enough for the help with my accident, Christy is an asset to the company and went above and beyond to get the claim settled ,the vehicle repaired, to try and ensure I wasn't out of pocket and kept me updated and calm throughout.

Amazing work on my car it's perfect again! The paint work and finish is like when it came out of the show room some extremely very skilled work. Great people to deal with and the service and communication was brilliant. 100% recommended 👌 When the car picked up to being returned I was updated. I was contacted straight away to let me know they were able to help. A quote followed soon after. Good communication via phone and text letting me know about pick up times. Arrived when they said they would and provided a courtesy car, even though I said I would mange without. All issues sorted (and some extra) without the extra cost. Returned my car when they said they would. Overall great experience, great value, great communication and completed work very quickly. Highly recommended

As a busy man I didn’t have time to handle my claim and likely would have accepted the insurers first offer which was incredibly low. Ben and the team got me way more than I expected and dealt with everything, highly recommend

Excellent service, super easy way to deal with what could be a stressful situation. Christy was an absolute delight to work with - so professional and helpful.
I loved that I didn’t have to deal directly with insurance companies (no being on hold for hours and answering ridiculous questions). Repairs were done brilliantly and the car came back like new.

This company has been amazing. Everything has been so straight forward and hassel free as they sort everything for you, it was a massive weight off my shoulders. Got our courtesy car very quick too. Our car came back within a week and it looks amazing, you would of never of known it's been in an accident it looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Wigan accident services. Customer service is brilliant aswell.

WAMS have provided an excellent service from start to finish. Dealt with insurance and repaired car to a high standard. Didn't cost us anything as they covered our excess. Would definitely use them again in the future. Iain and Ben were really easy to deal with and communication was excellent. Top marks.

Ben and Iain were both super helpful throughout the process, sorting out a hire car whilst mine was mended and returning mine cleaner than I left it with a full tank of petrol. I was very impressed and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
