Unlawful Refund Policy.
Ordered a co-ord that was on sale in mid December. Didn’t fit so I returned it - the returns portal clearly let me select ‘refund to original payment method’. Had to wait over 3 weeks to finally get a refund, to only be given a gift card refund. I was told that in the returns policy it says sale items aren’t eligible for a refund to your original payment method. I argued this and said it should have said this at checkout & it said in the returns portal refund to my card was an option. Then they lied and sent me some tick box that was apparently at checkout when I bought my items that says ‘all sale items only eligible for gift card refund’. This is a lie and something they have added to clearly unlawfully deny customers their refund. After reading these reviews I can see other people experience the same thing as me. I have now won my credit card dispute against Wanderdoll - confirming what they are doing is unlawful and wrong. I loved this brand so much and have always shopped with them but I will never be buying from them again. If anyone has experience this issue please claim for it with your bank! This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I am just glad my bank saw right through all their ridiculous policies.

I’ve ordered from Wanderdoll many times & really love their pieces. I’ve also had many compliments when wearing their clothes & that’s all down to the amazing quality of their pieces!
Recently my parcel went missing & when I queried this with the team, Gary got back to me imminently & sent a replacement of my order with Next Day delivery! Their customer service is amazing!!

The customer service here is terrible
Absolutely terrible customer service.
I placed an order back in November and, admittedly, I was in a rush and forgot to include my house number in the address. As soon as I realised I hadn’t received the parcel, I contacted Wanderdoll for help. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, they simply directed me to Royal Mail.
After contacting Royal Mail, I was informed that Wanderdoll needed to submit a lost/missing parcel claim by a specific deadline in December in order to be reimbursed. Once reimbursed, they were supposed to refund me (or Klarna, as I used Klarna for payment) since I never received the order.
Fast forward to now — I still have no parcel, the payment is still pending, and Wanderdoll are refusing to properly escalate the issue or offer any reasonable resolution. I’ve been left chasing this for months with no outcome.
Mistakes happen, but the way this has been handled is completely unacceptable. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the situation fairly. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if something goes wrong, as you may be left dealing with it entirely on your own.
I just want help to get this resolved.

Really beautiful pieces, I’m most happy with the blazer and skirt set I purchased! Though I had a small issue with the blazer I received, the issue was fast rectified and a replacement was sent out. I really appreciate that my postage was covered on the return I subsequently had to make.

Great customer support
I made an order from Italy (never easy considering Brexit), unfortunately my parcel never made it due to problems with the Italian post office, which sent back the parcel to UK.
Since I didn't have any possibility to track my aprcel I contacted the customer service of Wonderdoll, Olivia was super nice and helpful, explained easily what to do and reinsured me I would be notified as soon as the parcel will arrive to the warehouse and assure I will receive my refund.
The all process was smooth and incredibly quick, Olivia has been very responsive.
Now I have just to wait :)

Had a really bad experience regarding an order which i retuned in exchange for a gift card as it appeared on the website the quickest way to exchange my unsuitable items- i emailed in advance of returning my items and asked if this would be quick enough to get a replacement dress in time for my birthday but when they responded they told me it would take 14 days to process which is just the same as if i had asked for a refund. their website is not clear as it’s stated that once the return is processed the a gift card will be issued- it does not say within 14 days or i would have never picked this option. the customer advice team were extremely unhelpful and offered no help simply stating it was my fault id chosen this method and couldn’t be changed to a refund. under consumer law I know my rights and should be entitled to a refund if the item is returned under the 14 days guidelines. I have emailed customer services and i am awaiting a response but am very disappointed with this company and compares significantly worse in comparison to other similar fashion brands

Fast service helping with return difficulties!
I placed an order and had difficulties registering the return as it had almost expired but still at least a day within the window. This was just due to sizing & delayed ability to try on as had this delivered at a different address. Olivia at customer service was so helpful & provided me with a new link on Monday morning following my email on Sunday. This was super quick & I was able to send off the items straight away!
