Great instructor, good at teaching helped pass first time

I came to Vips after my previous instructor left, and i had the best experience. He was very patient and calm. Everything was always explained clearly and he was always encouraging even when i made mistakes. Thanks to him i passed my test, i highly recommend. Thank you very much :)

Terrible. Hassan was my instructor who kept cancelling on me one time on the day then caught an attitude when I got sick and notified him on the day. Also tried to charge me for another 10 hours before I even finished my first 10. Called customer service to complain and change instructor but they are still yet to call me back so I’m going to have to call them again. Really regret using this company please avoid.

I highly recommend Bina as a driving instructor. She is such a kind, calm, and patient teacher who made learning to drive a really positive experience. I had lessons with her consistently for 4 months, and thanks to her guidance, I passed my driving test first time!!

Hassan was a brilliant instructor - he prepared me so well for the test. All his advice has made me a safer and more confident driver and the lessons were also really enjoyable. He knew all the test routes around Hendon and prepared me for all the potentially tricky moments - would encourage anyone learning to drive to have lessons with Hassan!

Having no experience driving before, Vips explained everything properly which made a big difference and was also very patient . The lessons allowed me to focus on the areas I needed to improve on, which helped build my confidence quickly.

My driving instructor was Sital and I thought he was excellent, he was very nice and his calm demeanour helped me to excel and allowed me to pass my driving test on the first try.
