Excellent service

Excellent service! My order arrived within five days, which is quick, especially considering it was shipped from Germany to the UK. Really pleased with the service!

Customer service hung up on me!

Customer service hung up on me!

An incredibly unpleasant experience with Wardow. I received a suitcase that was visibly crooked and had clearly been crushed.

I documented the defect with numerous photos. First, Wardow tried to blame the shipping company, even though the packaging showed absolutely no signs of damage. Then they claimed that the suitcase was supposed to look like that and sent me a stock photo taken from a completely different angle, where the defect would have been impossible to see.

Their customer service staff were extremely rude throughout the entire process, and when I called them, they actually hung up on me, even though I remained polite the entire time.

Only after I contacted Samsonite myself, who of course confirmed that the suitcase was defective, did Wardow finally agree to accept the return.

A truly awful experience with arrogant and rude staff. I will never shop at Wardow again!
