I have gone back & checked our records to see where we had gone wrong, and can see we refunded you for your Ankle boot order due to there being at noticeable fault on them, which was picked up during processing. Unfortunately we did not have any more available in the size you had requested. We issued you with a refund immediately & send you an email apologising for this inconvenience to the email address you provided. Id like to offer my apologies again as i can only assume this email may have been lost in a spam folder.
