Emailed the company nearly 3 weeks ago as I wanted to order a number of paints, two of which were out of stock and I wanted to know when they were likely to be back in stock. Not had any reply but I did receive an email from them this morning pushing a model clearly based on the brain dead Ozzy Osbourne. Surprisingly my email to them not say I wanted to subscribe to their 'email newsletter'.

Needed to cancel or at least change an order. Emailed twice. Phoned twice. No reply to all four attempts. Then I received email to say the order I wanted to cancel or change was on its way. Very disappointing customer service.

Used to be a great company, the last two orders were late and incomplete. One very late and staff unhelpful which staggered me after years of good service. I now use Warlord and if I want Foundry, buy at shows

Like many of the older crews, Wargames Foundry lags behind in the market by having a dull and limited website with little intriguing new lines to offer. However, the ranges they do have are complete and in stock, super fast at delivery, fairly priced, and often highly sought after now they’re getting on a bit. It would be nice if they extended the website once and bothered to answer questions, which they seem quite selective about. That being said, the person I did deal with in the end helped with my large scale order and even threw in some free minis to complete my collection, which weren’t for sale at the time on the website: yet now are and priced at over £50. Not bad at all.
