Delivery came through without a…
Delivery came through without a problem. Some minor scratches on the back of the Black Library hardback books I bought, but these could have likely came from Games Workshop [as is]. Customer service answered any query I had within a good time frame.
Note: Although I did not, please consider asking Customer Services to forward the request (to their warehouse/packagers) to wrap Black Library books up in cardpaper, to protect corners & avoid movement in transit. Only scrounged up cardpaper spacing was used to prevent overall movement of items in the box (I ordered 1 small box & 2 hardbacks).

Paid for next day delivery didn't…
Paid for next day delivery didn't arrive for three days. Had to ring up twice to ask for my tracking number as didn't get emailed one or a email update that it had been sent or processed. Arrived and was what I'd ordered so can't massively complain. Just my personal experience with them.
