This company doesn't deserve any stars.

Dear Sir or Madam
As I haven't heard from you I need to write to you again. It is now almost 2 weeks since I received the letter of my product being on its way.
You haven't replied to my text and I am beginning to wonder if your company exists at all.
After having paid for my product plus almost £.5.00 for delivery I expect my product to have arrived after 10 days.
Please contact me as soon as possible and explain to me why my product still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks.

Also your tracking system doesn't seem to work.

Since this letter I contacted PayPal and they refunded me my cash thankfully.

No option for zero stars! Seriously laughing out loud at how bad the product is I just received!!! Ordered what looked like a lovely pair of denim leggings/jeggings. I can only describe the item as being like a silky dishcloth 🤣!! They look like a pair of comedy tights.
Will be getting my money back through PayPal from this totally dodgy useless company. Lesson learned, do your homework and read the reviews!!

Just awful service. Should have believed all the reviews. Be warned, don’t be fooled by good prices you pay 1000x over for frustrations. Still have not received package or response from customer service one month after placing order. Reporting as fraud today. No contact number given so only email correspondence possible but shocking/ no response.

I ordered 2x basin bounce on the 17th January 2021, I’m still waiting for my order. I have not heard from you since. I’ve emailed you several times with no replies. There’s no phone number to ring.
Please warm days I reverted to trust pilot, to see if you see this please reply to me as now I would like a refund of £22.97 as it’s gone on to long , does your company exists?

Ordered warm gloves - when they came quality was fine, but definitely not warm. Msgd them, exchanged details and credit through within a week. Didn't expect this, having read past comments, but well impressed with customer service. Hats off to warm days!

I purchased items from this company last year and was not happy with the products so requested a refund.
I then got offered a 20% refund and advised I could keep the product!
I replied saying that the product was no good to me, and that I would like a full refund, I was eventually given a returns address in China!
I returned the item at my own cost, sent proof of postage as requested and still haven’t received a refund approximately 5 months later?!
I have made several attempts to contact this company and all I get it an automated reply!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Item never came emailed them with tracking number and order number. They replied what is the serial number went to look and they deleted my order.
Lucky paid by credit card and got money back.

As with many others I do not recommend buying from Warmdays. They are an appalling company whose customer service is dreadful / non existent. I want to return an item as the wrong size, was told could have a 50% refund instead due to COVID. I agreed to this and asked how to get the refund and have had no further response!! Three times I asked. Please do not order from this company.

When you order something you expect the item to arrive. I ordered mop with 1 head but got 3 mop heads only. Not good. Nothing to say where to return.

Very poor product and not what I ordered. No details of how to return.

Do not buy from this company, totally ignoring my complaint about a purchase ,eventually got a reply of "we can offer you 50 percent refund of your purchase ! Really ?

How do Warmday manage to survive. They are rubbish. My bra does not fit even though I followed their size guide. They blame me for ordering wrong size. Quality is rubbish, really bad. Customer service is diabolical. To return I have to pay posting to china ☹️

Item delivered is not what I thought I had ordered. I have re-read the appalingly written product description and still find it very misleading.
Read the description, re-read the description and then buy from elsewhere because the products and service are not good.

I have bought 3 pairs of the jean jeggings. They are shockingley bad. Really thin material with what can only be described as a picture of Jean pattern on really cheap material. Talk about cr*p. Omg they look nothing like what was advertised.DO NOT BUY THEM.

Do not order from this company. They are ignoring my request for a refund and will not give me an address to send my unsatisfactory clothing item back to them. You just get computer asking questions and no help.
Their sizing is terrible and not to UK standards. I’m still waiting for a reply and have emailed them again today!

I ordered a rechargeable cleaner and all I received was the 3 mob heads I have emailed the company many times they offered me 50%off to purchase the rechargeable handle i told them no I am not spending any more money with them. I have asked about returning item they say their warehouse is not taking returns due to covid. I told them I want to return and get my money back. Still waiting an answer. Worst company ever they r just scamming people and the police should deal with them

This is my first experience of buying from Warmdays. I will never use them again. Goods not fit for purpose. Customer service does not exist. Nobody contacts you. Hopeless they deserve to fail.

I am happy both with my purchase and also the time it took to arrive. No problems and would use this company again.

the eight things have been delivered.
a multi-functional drain stopper (3 in a pack), there is 1/2 of one loose in the bag- £8.99.
sewer deodorant sealing ring 1 (set of 3) What looks like a blue condom !!!! (£9.99)
Lazy shoe helper x 1 £6.99. Supposed to help me put my shoes on 4 bits of flimsy blue plastic.
Car steering wheel protection cover £14.99 could have bought one for 1/2 the price and better quality in Halfords.
4 other things are okay, but not good value for money.
Great disappointment. I too thought I was supporting a UK company.as
