Worst Product and Customer Service!

Firstly, I heard nothing for 2 weeks after ordering. Once contacted product arrived 3 weeks later.
On arrival I noticed the product was not as advertised. Shorts were very short, not longer as per pictures. Not fitting but loose around the leg and saggy at armpits. Material was inferior, not breathable but completely synthetic. The whole design was terrible.
I contacted customer service. They apologised but clearly had not looked at photos and offered a $6 refund! When I refused this and asked for a complete refund they send a $10 refund through PayPal without my approval. The $10 covered the tax only.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with!!!!
