Well what used to be a lovely site with a great holiday atmosphere has sadly become a place where any concerns or even complaints offered appear to get you ejected off site (most tenants on this site are too afraid to comment) or at the very least put on a hit list. Say anything the response is 'If you don't like it you can leave, we have a waiting list of people waiting to come in here' and according to the site management team this is also supported by the General Manager. Or in our case having been there three years with absolutely no issues with anyone, keeping our pitch in great condition but then being effectively thrown off with a manufactured reason the agenda unbeknown to us. The present management teams customer care is somewhat lacking to say the least and full of what appear personal agendas. We aren't the only ones to have received this treatment. Glad we didn't buy a static home here we would have been stuck there and as the site has lost its holiday Mojo it would have been dreadful.
Fortunately we have discovered another site with the atmosphere that Warmwell once had and wonderful wardens who don't hesitate to help and you can talk to.
