Tia is the best! She provided outstanding service and was incredibly efficient from start to finish. She was always on top of everything and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
I'm giving her 5 stars only because that's the maximum available. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. She's excellent at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Who in 2026 only charges £50 per hour for labour? Will always try and wriggle out of a claim. Most garages won’t even do the work as they have to wait months to get paid back. You are then left paying the garage and then the warranty company won’t pay you the VAT. Pointless nonsense.

Our standard labour rate is £50 per hour including VAT, but we do offer higher rates, but these would need to be discussed at the point of plan purchase and do incur a higher plan fee.
Warranty First on receipt of payment documents make payment on approved repairs within 7-14 working days.
In terms of payment if a garage are not willing to wait for reimbursement we can pay our plan holders, but as stated any VAT on the approved amount would not be reimbursed as the invoice would have been made out to the plan holder and not us. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Great service
Great service, Aidan was great start to finish, also Jess when Aidan wasn’t available. Did everything they said they and even called back when the said they would! Genuinely they both seemed like they loved working there as well, which tells a great story.

I hate doing things like looking for…
I hate doing things like looking for insurance and sorting warranties out and I always put them off.
Cameron Gater-Condon explained everything in such great detail and also answered all my questions instantly and made me feel like he understood. I cant thank him enough. Great customer service and just a great service all round - thank you.

Let’s all hope this company liquidates- awful company.
This company is a rip of and is not worth the paper it’s written on.If you are thinking to get a policy out with this mob then don’t.If you have got one you have 14 days to cancel it.They don’t cover wear on tear is is a huge factor on used cars.Many other warranty company do cover that so go with another company.The day warranty first liquidates will make many of us who have had poor experiences with this useless company very happy.If you do have a current policy up for renewal please refuse.Warrenty first will just take your money and use excuses to not pay out.Things such as cambelt /timing chain issues they won’t pay for,other companies like Cover Me Warrenty will pay for it because there actually a decent company.Tell all your friends and family to avoid warrenty first.
