After registering with the website

After registering with the website, I was gifted with a 10% discount code, I telephoned them to see if they had the boiler in stock before placing the order, they advised to come to the shop with the screenshot of the basket to get the agreed price. Upon my arrival, I was kept waiting for 1/2 hour whilst they haggled over the price claiming they could not get the discount code to work, and they would be selling the boiler less than cost priced. I gave them the printed proof from their website. Anyway, they claimed it was a web site error and they do not issue discount codes and would not honour the price, they are total time wasters.

Dare Touch!

ordered a expensive (over 2k) boiler online, and got a order confirmation, then called a day later to find out when delivery will commence, and upon checking my order was told to expect an email with a specific delivery date.
after waiting 2 days and not receiving any email i called up again but they couldn't find any such order even as i gave them the order number and the delivery address etc, and was told that there are some issues with that site and that most likely the order has not come through and i need to redo the order.
after arguing saying that the payment has left my paypal account i was told i need to speak to some guy as he is in charge of that website and they gave me a mobile number.
this guy told me a different answer though: the site was bought off from someone though they dont have the passwords in order to make changes to the site and thus the prices are below cost and they wont be able to fulfill my order.
i argued that 2 days earlier they told me the order was confirmed and that i should expect a delivery date shortly? so he said he will look into it and come back to me, but he never did!
so i called back and he simply repeated as above and said that he will cancel the order and the money should be back into my account within a few days.
it been a few days since and i have no credit in my account!!!
