Excellent Company to deal with!

We ordered a work-shed just before the COVID crisis and, despite the difficult times we are all experiencing, the building was delivered and erected on time. Everyone we dealt with, including all of the office staff and the fitters, were friendly, helpful and professional. We had a (very, very, very) minor issue with one of the windows but that was quickly resolved to our entire satisfaction.

I am amazed at the couple of negative reviews they have received on this site and can only say to prospective customers DO NOT let them put you off - we found the company excellent to deal with, their products are very high quality and their after sales service is excellent. We would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service very helpful - defo recommend

I was introduced to Warwick Buildings last month on a recommendation, to create and work with them for new graphics for their truck. It’s been a pleasure working with David, very friendly and helpful. Between us we got the visuals perfect and the results are stunning ! The product they sell is excellent quality and I wish them well in promoting and selling their outdoor offices / spaces and look forward to working with them again in the future

AVOID Terrible Company

Absolutely terrible company.
To summarise, went to show site and everything looked good, paid a deposit, waited several months, fitters came to erect the building, there were several problems, building 40mm out square in one corner, top of window should have been same height as the top of the door frame,it was way higher, cladding joints were 40mm out of alignment.
Fitters checked my concrete slab and brick course and said it was perfect and the fault was with the building, they would return it to the factory and re-arrange another fitting day. The owner David agreed to this and even confirmed this via email.David then decides that i have,"OCD"and have refused to complete the garage.
David seems to have a problem with truth and will chop and change and blame everyone except himself and his company.I can totally agree with Roxy Payne,s review regarding this company,s behaviour.
My build has now been delayed by a year due to Warwick Buildings and i will be taking legal action.

Dear reader
We did indeed have Suraj Kalsi as a customer.
The building was made with two types of cladding and was actually square externally.
Because the overall thickness of the sections were different it meant that there were different amounts of brick showing internally. Basically the customer didn’t like difference that this created on the inside of his garage. Unfortunately this spec was chosen by the customer as a means to save money – and both styles of cladding were made in the standard way. This ultimately meant that they could only join together on the outside of the sections, in order to keep the roof square.
I can confirm that the window was a different level to the door – something that was intending to be rectified – this would have been a fairly simple procedure done on site. It was because the door was set lower than the brick course.
We did indeed bring the building back with the intention of adjusting it somehow (outside the standard order details), to the customers satisfaction, however what the customer has failed to add was the following – after it was back in the factory.
He wanted to change the colour of the door that he had ordered.
He wanted to change the colour and the size of the window that he ordered.
He wanted to change the cladding from shiplap to feather edge.
He didn’t like the colour of the feather edge
Then…
He turned up on Saturday morning without an appointment (during Covid times) and was abusive and threatening towards our sales manager in front of other customers, and demanded a resolution in his favour or he wouldn’t leave the show site.

After conversations with the employees, it was decided that in the safety of the staff was paramount. Coupled with the changes to the design, the best way forward was to provide a FULL refund.

Superb.

Superb.

I've just had a garage supplied and installed by Warwick, and have been very impressed with both the building itself and their customer service and support.

The building was supplied and fitted ahead of schedule, which was nice. After initial installation there were a couple of minor snags, which Warwick addressed and put right first thing the next day. You can't ask for more than that.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Warwick based on both the quality of their product and their customer service.

Well Im just going to sell my 4 year…

Well Im just going to sell my 4 year old "traditional office" supplied by them as I don't use it much and came across these reviews. My office is (as stated) four years old. Still 100% water tight everything is perfect despite being under a tree all the time. I found them great and the building I bought is quality....

Rude and obnoxious

It's amazing that 2 new Trustpilot reviewers have appeared in such quick succession after a negative review has been found. I am the original reviewers husband. I can confirm that Warwick Buildings have an excellent track record of promising things on the phone and not delivering. Their idea of 'customer service' is laughable and that they'd rather have an argument than resolve matters in a quick and friendly manner. I would suggest they take down private emails between themselves and my wife as this is a gross misuse of customer data.

I think we need to re-iterate the actual facts about your order.
1. You chose not to go for planning permission even though we informed you that your location need planning - in front of the house
2. We supplied & fitted the building to your satisfaction - whereby you not only decorated the inside but you used the building on a daily basis.
3. You were told by the council that you needed planning - so you demanded drawings from us. These are purchased separately from an independent supplier
4. The ridge beam developed a fault - however the building was not in any danger - but under your warranty it needed fixing (hence we tried to do a cost effective fix until the planning permission was concluded). We returned to attend to the fault.
5. We left the building with the trims off as per your agreement after our conversation on the day of the adjustments, as you were not satisfied with the initial repair. As the building was perfectly safe we agreed to wait until the planning outcome before any further work took place.
6. We heard nothing from you for 5 months - then the goalposts changed as your planning was refused and you appealed the decision - which could take 2 years. The demand from your wife was now to replace the roof immediately - I took the phone call and agreed over the phone.
7. You posted your bad review. This is the first communication that we have had from you in writing.
8. We agreed a date to replace the work in writing - arrived on the day as agreed - asked your wife to vacate the building as she was still working in it on the day - replaced the roof - tidied up as required - completed our side of the work to your satisfaction.
9. Received an email from your wife complimenting the lads on site.

We are sorry that you have experienced a fault with your building, things do happen outside our control, however we have stood by our product and ensured that your building is fit for purpose. Rest assured we would have much preferred to have been able to settle the matter without the need for a review system, however it seems that the change in attitude towards our company has come from something outside our control as we were not at fault for the location of the building.

I have read your other google reviews - and notice that your 2 reviews for your company are that of your wife & yourself...

We would certainly recommend Warwick Buildings

We've had two buildings from Warwick. First one over twenty years ago which we insulated and finished off ourselves. It's been brilliant so we had no hesitation to go back when we needed a second one.
This time we chose a contemporary design which was fully kitted out, saving us time, money and arguments. Same lad that did the first one is still working there and takes care with the finishing touches.
Great company - would certainly recommend.

VALUE FOR MONEY

I chose Warwick because they adapted my office to suit me, and they would always update any changes in writing. OK the lead time was a bit longer than I'd anticipated, but that meant they were busy, so it gave me confidence that my money was safe.
The team arrived and built it in next to no time, and they even cleared up after themselves...
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them

***AVOID***

***AVOID***
Roof has sunk in and despite adding in a steel beam, the room is still dipped. There is an issue with the original wood which was used and 3 months later I am still waiting for them to replace the roof. Whenever I call, owner isn't available to talk to me and their sales man doesn't put me through or pass on messages. They also said planning permission wasn't required when it was and they promised drawings which never appeared. They make claim that they introduced us to an architect which never happened. Had to pay for these privately. Still waiting to hear about the roof. We will be issuing one final letter before court action as they simply ignore all correspondance.

Following them reading this complaint, they fixed the issue and then became very aggressive on email for me to remove the terrible service we have received. They make claims they were unaware of the issue however, I have provided them all the dates of calls and emails of when complaint was made which they refuse to accept happened and refuse to investigate. They clearly care only for their profit margin and not their customers best interest or customer care or service. They are selective to the information they would like to hear. When their staff left, nails were left across the working area and rubbish left behind which we've had to resolve ourselves.

Reply from Warwick Buildings

Dear Roxy - (Reply number two after changing the original review)
Wow – you seem to be a bit Jeckyl & Hyde here. We have never disputed that there was a dip in the roof. It wasn’t sunk as you have described, but indeed it wasn’t perfect. Our team put a string line across the beam and it was lower in the middle by 6mm (over 6.2m span) – and we agreed that it needed changing.
You have had several complaints from neighbours and questioned our lads on site as to what your neighbours had spoken to our team about over the fence.
When they completed the work to your satisfaction you have confirmed to the lads that not only were you initially delighted to write a bad report, but you would indeed change / remove it because the issue had been resolved, and you were more than happy with the lads.
Indeed, I did ask if you would be kind enough to do it – here is my request.
Dear Roxy
Following on from the adjustments to the roof that we have provided, would it be possible for you to adjust / remove the review that you have provided on Google.
I appreciate that you felt it was the way to get the office attention, however we were always expecting to either relocate the building or address the roof once the planning had been settled.
I trust that we can move forward and put the matter to bed, and that you are happy with your office building now that the adjustments have been made,
Your response - Hi David,
I was told by your sales manager that you had an internal drawer who could draw up our plans and after him again not returning my calls, I had to pay for this privately. It would be reasonable to assume a future client would receive the same experience as your internal staff member has not been dealt with. If you can tell me how you are going to deal with this internally, I am prepared to make a reasonable amend to my review.
Your on site staff have brilliant and have no complaints of them.
Regards, - Roxy
As I have described in my reply. Our sales manager has a completely different point of view of this matter, and as he has quite rightly explained on more than one occasion – we don’t have an internal drawer for elevations – these are outsourced to an Architect – and you would always need to purchase individually – they are £100. We also do not expect to tell you how we deal with the company internal affairs so you can decide whether to amend a review or not.

May I add… dealing with a difficult customer like yourself who does not listen to the advice that we have given on several occasions, has been more than challenging to say the least. If you had listened to our sales manager in the first place when he said you needed planning permission to site it where you have, you would not be in the situation of having a building in green belt area with the Council and your neighbours pressurizing you to take it down. Please don’t contact us when you need to relocate it from the front garden to the back garden.
