Thank you for the review. You purchased a countertop waste flap on 7th February 2017 and requested a replacement spring on 29th May 2019. This was unfortunately not possible as it is an integral spring which cannot be changed and the item was out of warranty. 5 years later on 7th October 2024 you requested details on warranty and whether our new units would fit in the same size hole because you wanted to purchase another item. We explained we couldn't guarantee the new units we supply would fit in the same size hole but we advised where a replacement could be purchased which would fit in the same size hole. I'm puzzled by what the misunderstanding is / was or the objectionable stance. Thank you again for the review.
