I bought the watch for £76 when it was far more at other online retailers and £200 on the high street. Delivery was very quick and strap was adjusted for free. Highly recommended!

Watches1st a company that cares for you
I bought a Mens Seiko Titanium Kinetic SKA399P1 from Watches1st it was delivered within 24hrs. When I received it I had a problem getting it to charge. (It comes from Seiko not charged) I telephoned Watches1st and was answered immediately. I returned the watch suspecting the watch was faulty, Watches1st tested it, charged it and returned the watch within 48hrs working perfectly. Throughout Watches1st kept me informed by telephone of what was happening something rare these days with most companies. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and would seriously recommend them.

excellent still goes well, after being dropped - not shock proof. shaken by the dog to within an inch of its last ticker ? worn in a swimming pool - not water proof. all this and still going well. will definately purchase another timepiece from this company - if i ever manage to kill this one off first.

Easy to use website, delivered in about 36 hours... Stunning watch bought as a gift who was really delighted with it. Only one small point - the free adjustment wasn't done so I had to take it to a jewellers and pay :(. Otherwise top rate. Will definitely use this site again for purchases. NEVER AGAIN WILL USE THIS COMPANY
This so called company dont respect the OFT Distance Selling Regulations regarding returns.
I have phoned up this company after one day I have recieved this item regarding returning it due to the issue with the kinetic movement sound being to loud on the Seiko Kinetic Titanium watch I have bought from them.
I have been told that because I have used it once, I cant return it back, which is basically against the OFT rules.
Basically, if you buy from this crooks, dont expect any help from them regarding returning the item EVEN if you only tried it on once.
BEWARE and shop somewhere else

I would like to take this opportunity to say that if the watch was faulty or had been unworn, the situation would have been retrievable. However, you said that after a day of wearing the watch the noise of the Kinetic movement was 'irritating'. This was not a fault with the watch. It is through the movement of your wrist that the Kinetic watch charges, and the parts inside spin to create the Kinetic energy which powers the watch.
We try to make it as clear as possible on our website that we refund you in full when returning a watch. The one proviso we make is that the watch is returned in a re-saleable condition, so unworn.
Furthermore, using foul language towards the customer service person who was trying to help was not going to help the situation.
