Bought a watch from them through Amazon. The watch arrived unwrapped and the box it was in was filthy. Obviously not a new watch. I'd stay away from them.

My clearly faulty watch - confirmed as faulty by WatchNation and tested thoroughly by me, took a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and six months to resolve. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Highly recommended retailer. Picked up my Hamilton Khaki below zero for a great price with fast, securely packaged delivery. Would most definitely use them again. 10/10.

I recommend with both hands, Everything was fine with mine watch Sunto Ocean, and it arrived in 2 days. Just be more careful with the delivery, the watch is expensive and they left it at the door, I had to sign for it to be delivered, and the delivery guy did it for me, be careful. I had requested the product to be delivered by 8May between 11-14 and received at 12:30, what else could i ask for!
The product i received -Orient Bambino Red classic came in well protected packing and perfectly wrapped with utmost product quality, accompanied with the brand box, worldwide warranty card + all billing details.

Watch nation charges for shipment and import duty is pre-paid by DHL partner which is afterwards mailed to you for final settlement. The entire process is tracked through the email and your contact details very smoothly- avg 15days to receive the product.
