Paid for watch which was never…
Paid for watch which was never delivered. Requested a refund or replacement. They continued to bleat it wasn’t their fault-the watch hadn’t arrived and after more than 3 weeks after numerous requests was finally told I would receive a refund - though I requested a replacement. Whole thing has been a complete waste of time.

Your order was dispatched promptly and entered the Royal Mail network as expected. Unfortunately, there were multiple failed delivery attempts and redelivery issues with the courier, which meant the parcel was not successfully delivered.
As soon as this was identified, we raised it with Royal Mail and opened an investigation. While the parcel remained in transit, we were unable to resend or replace the order until it had been officially confirmed as lost.
Once Royal Mail confirmed the parcel as lost, we issued your full refund immediately so you were not left out of pocket. Unfortunately, by that point the model had sold out, which meant a replacement was no longer possible.
We understand the delay was frustrating and not the experience you expected. Situations like this are rare, but we always work to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.
