Have just received my ladies sekonda midnight star watch - delivery was good it really is stunning so happy easy to set up and well made. Its just lovely would highly recommend!

I returned a watch by recorded delivery and a week later RM state the company is not receiving goods at the moment. So I used the Web chat got some bloke called Stuart whose entire tone was disgusting rude and obnoxious. Customer service does not exist with this person. Literally called me a liar then his continuing language after was disgraceful. As a customer who wants her money back this is dreadful. I was asking for a different watch but they can shove it won't ever buy from them again and will ensure I tell everyone I know about this.

I run a watch review channel and buy lots of watches from many a retailer, including suppliers from China. Despite misperceptions things have ran very smoothly...until I made a personal purchase worth over £600 with WatchShop.
They sent me a used return which I rejected immediately and returned the following day for a full refund...or so I thought. It seems that Royal Mail have a hold on this address and no mail is being delivered. Despite repeated emails I have not got my refund and no-one seems to be bothered. The parcel has been sitting idle for a week and they still have over £600 of my money.
Avoid these guys at all costs. They are a shambles and a disgrace.

Well packaged. Arrived really fast. The price was a bit expensive but I am happy with the quality.

I ordered a watch, as a retirement present for a member of staff. Yes it turned up ok.
The company refuses to issue a VAT invoice or receipt. They say the order acknowledgment is acceptable to claim the VAT back. IT'S NOT.
The online assistant apologised but I'm sorry, IF YOU CHARGE VAT YOU MUST ISSUE AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT.

Horrible service my account was mistakenly flagged for fraud by Watchshop, and they refuse to make any effort to resolve the issue, I'm purchasing with my only Bank credit card, the support agent Stuart is extremely rude and has no care in the world for WatchShop. Thanks Stuart you just lost 350 euro and couldve been more.

My wife ordered an item which on arrival was too long so we sent it back only to be told it was scratched so they wouldn't accept it. It was tried on, and put back in the box. No options for exchange etc.
It took them over a month to decide this.
Very poor customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted, I ordered a Boss necklace for my husband, as I did a personal advent calendar, the chain was far too long, we put it straight back in the box just with no sticky cellophane on it as it was difficult to put it back on. This had not been worn.

I've had to chase them up 4 times as they didn't get back to me. I tracked the package back to them but no refund. It's taken them 8/9 weeks to say the chain was scratched & they cannot do a refund. We are not kids, we respect things we buy, I somehow do not understand how it can be scratched. Why has it taken so long.WHO HAS HAD this item since the 19th December when Royal Mail posted it back to them!!! I am really not happy with your service & I will NOT be buying off you again,

Arrived securely and safe, and the was well packaged. Highly recommend place to buy watches online

I was extremely excited for the product but upon arrival realised the watch was tiny. more like a childrens watch being sold for adults not worth 50 pounds at all. When trying to return the product, we realised there is not an actual return process at all. you just send it to a location and pray and hope it works. absolutely ridiculous. When chatting online to customer support they provided no help and were extremely rude with the only advice being " okay so ?, pay to post it back"

Order H04ADA0001150159 we have never received this watch! Customer service by Stuart is shockingly bad with rude replies, telling us it is our responsibility to ‘have it out with Evri ourselves’ and at some point they’ll get back to us if they receive the watch back to issue a refund. THIS IS THEFT STUART! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service, sold faulty item, wouldn’t refund or offer repair or replacement, sent watch back for an “expert” to check over, had watch over a week, no confirmation watch received, I’ve had to do all the chasing, zero communication

Absolutely terrible service paid for a watch nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received and also messaged the customer service team on 3 different occasions and still haven’t had any help terrible service

I've purchased a Casio G-Shock watch in December 2023 as a Xmas present for my nephew. I didn't get to see him during Xmas as I had the covid. He left the country so I decided to return the watch and get a refund as it was not used. Watchshop emailed me saying that they will not refund me my money due to scratches on the watch. I then requested some pictures and stressed that it was never worn. They didn't send any pictures until I asked again two weeks later. Jade the customer service agent sent me a picture of a watch that looked nothing like the watch I sent. After several back and forth emails, the manager accused me of being rude and insisted that I would not get any penny from watchshop. I'm am deeply disappointed and will never shop there again. I wish I could attach a picture of my item and the picture of what was emailed to me by watchshop. There is clearly a scammer in their team that steals stuff.

Received my order today, and the box was in two parts, completely broken, and the watch itsself didn’t even work!!!
Extremely disappointed in the quality.
Do not buy from this place.

I purchased a ladies watch from here last November of which arrived the wrong colour.
After a long, drawn out argument with the Company regarding this issue, we gave up and just kept the watch only to find that last week the watch had completely stopped.
Upon contacting this Company, which is extremely difficult in itself, l was advised to return it but l may incur repair charges as the watch is out of it's "30 day warranty"!!!!!!!
It is probably a dud battery but that l would expect the battery life of a watch to last longer than just a few months.
This Company is a nightmare.
Do yourselves a favour and spend a little more money as buying cheap off these scammers just isn't worth the hassle.

I have bought my last 2 watches from here. First was a boss watch and battery lasted 5 weeks. I appreciate that they may sit there for a while before they are sold, so I took it on the chin. Second watch was Philipp Plein Skeleton £550+. Not only is this available cheaper, not really what disappointed me. Again the watch runs slow after owning it for 3 weeks. So I assume again its been sat there ticking in a box before its been sold. I am not saying stay away, I'm just saying be careful. Maybe other better choices out there. I will be having a very good think before I choose to buy another watch of the site.

I ordered an automatic watch from them. When it arrived I noticed that it ran too fast, 10 minutes per every hour. Therefore, I sent the watch back to them as faulty. At first they sent the email that they had not received the watch! When I sent them confirmation from royalmail they found it after a week, and told me to wait as they had to test it. After two weeks, in response to my email, they inform me that they had tested it and found no defects and that they could send it back to me. They do everything to not send you a refund! Now I am taking the case to court. This is my last purchase from watch shop, never again!

It is a nice watch but customer service with Watch Shop was appalling. On the website they suggested a lynxs removal for free when they send off the watch, they didn’t remove any lynx for me when my wrist size was on the receipt. We then asked watch shop about this and they told me that it is my problem and I’ll have to pay to return it to them they also hung up the phone on us multiple times. So we took it somewhere else to get it fixed to my wrist only to find out the watch doesn’t work. I’m very disappointed as I spent alot of money on this watch for it to just have problems I won’t be paying a visit to Watch shop again.
