House sale: very good experience
Joel was my contact. He was friendly, professional, communicative, efficient, and proactive. If ever Joel wasn't available, other members of the team were always available to cover and were equally competent and professional. Just sold my house through Watersons…
Just sold my house through Watersons Hale office. This is the second property I've sold through them in the last few years and very pleased with the service from the whole team. Kirstie Brennan in particular was excellent, constantly chasing all parties in the chain and keeping me regularly updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely dishonest professionals who…
Extremely dishonest professionals who would delay things unnecessarily to create hassle for their clients. Peter Watersons has a very bad reputation in the management of rental properties in Hale. They are unable to maintain reasonable state of my property.
Please stay away from them.
