Great quality cost balance

Huge refund shipping fee
Ordered a pair of sailing boots.
Tried them on but they just feel too tight and small.
Went to the website to return them and possibly order the bigger size.
Turns out that the only way to return is via UPS and you have to pay around 10€ to send the package back!!
No other option is available, neither a physical store in the NL, only a warehouse.
Taking into account the boots were around 40€, doesn't even make sense to send them back.
Therefore, only 2 star review.

Excellent shopping experience
The product range was great, my order (a Ripcurl ladies wetsuit) was shipped very quickly and correctly. I also loved the gift sent with my purchase! The wetsuit guide and sizing chart were extremely good and helpful. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
