I purchased a gift voucher for a friend as a birthday present and on receipt of the voucher realised that it had been issued for £5 less than the order value. When contacted, Watersports Warehouse admitted their error and amended the voucher, however, when my friend tried to use the voucher, it was for £5 less than specified! I am beginning to wonder if this is really an administrative error??????

I ordered a Mares rash vest, a Head swim cap and a pair of c skins swim socks. All were as described on the website. I paid for Saturday deliver which while not cheap meant I ordered goods on Friday lunchtime that were delivered on Saturday morning. Excellent service.

Bough a what I call 5kg [50N] floatation aid, BA as a present for a "fuller of figure" male friend of mine who does fresh water lake/loch fishing.

Arrived to his place promptly, but problems getting it to fit - he failed to notice adjustment procedures. i E mailed the team and got an excellent and helpful together with three pictures, i forwarded to him - he tried it and it opened up to fit him- with adjustment room to spare for warm under clothing in winter! Very impressed - recommended

Price was reasonable compared with some other suppliers although Gill always seems expensive. Cannot fault the service by Watersports Warefhouse - they confirmed order quickly, gave information about delivery quickly and the parcel turned up per info. Product seems fine. What else can one ask for? Well done WW. Only took a few working days for whole process- great.

The quality of service was second to none. I did not ask for next day delivery but the kit arrived the very next day much to my surprise.

I have recently purchased two kids' wetsuits in separate deliveries which both arrived within 48h. I would highly recommend this store.

Placed an order in the afternoon for some wetsuit boots and received the parcel next morning. Have tried the item and just what expected. Good value for money and excellent service.

We ordered two sun hats and gloves for our yachting holiday in Greece but unfortunately were told after we placed the order that the items were not actually in stock. The ordering system does not allow for this evidently. It would have been useful if that had been made clear on the website.

However the customer service was good and they phoned us to tell us and had tried to source the hats from the manufacturer but they were out of stock tool The ladies summer gloves we ordered in the small size seem a little on the generous size and we have kept them as it would have been difficult to send them back as we were also in the middle of a house move.
If we had known about the hats we might have chosen to visit a local chandlery instead and tried on the gloves.

Ordered 5 wetsuits from this company only intended to buy 2 as I wanted my children to try sizes. Delivery prompt and collect+ returns was great. Will use again.

Ordered GUL wetsuit easily online from WaterSports Warehouse, and paid online the £90, plus £4 for next business day delivery.
But the next day it didn't arrive, so I phoned them the day after that and they said the tracking showed a "delay in Birmingham due to possible damage to package and being resealed" so agreed to refund me my £4, which they did promptly same day. The package then arrived later that day and did have a new tape seal around it but no sign of any damage to the box or the contents - a fine new wetsuit from GUL which fits fine but just has one caution - the Velcro strip at the neck is absolutely vicious and rampant and can catch the garment itself if folded back and rip at the neoprene material, so needs managing carefully and comes with its own little patch of Velcro to mask it under control (may be the same on all new wetsuits I guess - haven't had a new one for 30 years!). Good service and product.

I will definitely use Watersports again. Easy to use website, good range of products, great communication. Nice to feel like a customer. :-)

I am new to watersports! I needed to arrange the delivery to arrive in time for me to use them. The items were delivered as ordered, and were delivered exactly when they promised. Perfect!

A good stock of equipment at great prices coupled with great customer service is a sure winner. Ordered a fair bit of kit, all delivered together and with the prescription lenses already fitted for me. Will use again no doubt when I need further purchases.

I was really impressed with the fast delivery of this item and also the high quality. My daughter loves it as it looks great and we like the cool colours. I like the extra safety feature with the straps for the tops of the legs so the child does not fall out of it when/if pulled out of the water. Really impressed.
