I have never known such exceptional service. I ordered on an afternoon and the goods were with me at 10.40am the next morning. I even received an email telling me the name of the driver and that he would deliver between 10.39am and 11.39am.

I had a £25 gift voucher to spend at Watersports Warehouse. I found the site easy to navigate and soon found products I wanted. Because my total purchase value wasn't high enough, I did have to pay postage and it couldn't be deducted from the voucher value, but it wasn't much, so not a problem. Communication around delivery times was accurate and my purchase arrived on time, very well packaged. I would happily order products here again.

In this particular instance I was after a dive torch and rang them to discuss the best for my needs extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the item and it was here the next day.
