They failed to invoice me at all after the work was done. When I contacted them for an invoice a month later, they tried to charge me 1.5 times what they quoted me. When I pointed this out they amended my invoice and apologised. Who knows what would have happened if I had just paid it.
Courteous, Unbeatable, Nice, Trustworthy. Could not recommend more as this is a quality I like.
Having a burst waterpipe I found Watertight Solutions on google. I was greeted on the phone by a very helpful girl who promised me Neil (employed by Watertight) would be with me within the hour. Right on time Neil arrived to take a look at the job. Within 5 minutes he was working away to rectify my error and completed the job in a very reasonable time. Neil left the room as he found it having cleaned up very nicely. The price quoted was very reasonable and this was what I paid at the end of the job.
I would highly recommend Watertight to anybody looking for a fast, efficient and professional service.
