excellent customer service

There was some confusion over an order I made last year that arrived broken. I sent photos of the item and customer service was slow at first but eventually was able to get a replacement for my nephew. The new bracelet is beautiful and they have supportive customer service.

Water Watch is a fantastic company with a truly inspiring mission. Their commitment to helping others access clean water is both admirable and impactful. It's refreshing to see a business so genuinely dedicated to making a difference.

Not only do they stand for a great cause, but their products are top-notch—reliable, effective, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they care about quality and the customer experience.

Communication with Water Watch has been excellent as well. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely want to ensure their customers are informed and satisfied.

Highly recommend supporting Water Watch—not just for their great products, but for the meaningful work they do.

Cheap quality and terrible customer service

Well first off, they advertise products they no longer carry. Been out of stock for over a year on many items. If you are out of stock for that long, TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE!!!! I sent them an email with a simple question and it took them 8 months to respond. Yes, let me say that again…8 MONTHS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE!!!! When I did actually order an item they did have, the quality was very poor.

Unprofessional

Purchased several items prior to my last order placed 11/2/24, a repeat customer. I waited for an estimated 2 months after placing this order, very patient, nothing received which was unusual. I let them know, and they said they had confirmation it shipped and was received. I never received it. They told me, I needed to go to USPS, research it, validate it, provide information back to them for a potential refund/or reshipment. I've never had to do this ever, but I did. I found out from USPS, that Waterwatch, did ship it, but to another person and house/address! I sent the photo and an email from my local USPS location (and that's not easy to do) showing that Waterwatch had a made a mistake, and shipped to a completely different person and address. I was very nice about it, and they said, well that's the address you gave us! I sent them the confirmation order email from my inbox, which clearly shows my address was entered on the order! It would only take 5 min to look at what I provided, to conclude it was their error. They said they will need to talk to a supervisor and get back me, that was more than a month ago, I've sent follows up's, no reply. It's 1/24/25 now. Zero results. It was a $165.49 order, and I never received what I paid for/nor a refund. Really disappointed and shocked. It became clear that when they make an error, they don't care about their clients. When they make a mistake - they wont take care of you. Was it worth ghosting an a repeat customer to put your companies reputation at risk? I see it as theft really, and Ive waisted so much time gathering the information and proving them the proof. Its disturbing. All reputable companies that I have patronized, if any issues come up, work with their customers, never have them drive around to shipping companies, asking for photos and emails, etc. Unfortunately, submitting this review was my last choice, but maybe someone else will read this and find another company. - Beware.

The Tiger's eye is fantastic

The Tiger's eye is fantastic! I've been wearing it nonstop and haven't taken it off since it arrived. I even shower and sleep with it on, and it still looks great. The quality is impressive, and it adds a nice touch to any outfit.

I initially had orders the wrong size and emailed customer service for an exchange. Claudine was wonderful and helped me get the right size. I’ve been wearing this jewelry everywhere and getting many compliments.

This company founded by Markeda Shorter continues to scam people. READ ALL THE REVIEWS! There is a special place in hell for people like Markeda and Jamie. They advertise as a company with a purpose but are really scammers. They refuse to refund my order for an order that was cancelled.

They are a scam! Don’t order from them.

Ordered a 2 pack of bracelets, received one. Reached out to customer service several times, then finally was told the supervisor approved the shipment of the second bracelet & I have never heard back from them. There is no phone number, only emails & those go unanswered. I have accepted I’ve been ripped off & am moving on, but want anyone ordering to beware.

Important work!

For many years, I've been a loyal customer, regularly buying their bracelets and other items here and there. Their mission resonates deeply with me, and I truly believe in the positive impact they're making. As someone who cherishes water access, I'm grateful for organizations like theirs that are committed to addressing the bigger issue. Here's to continued success in your important work!

SCAM ALERT

My girlfriend ordered product in November of 2023 …today is Jan 8 2024. They say product ships in 24 hours. No brick and mortar address, no customer service phone number. She had been warned to stay away from websites that do this. I will actually call an online distributor BEFORE I finalize my purchase and ask them questions about their location, phone numbers and address, (make sure they match the website). ANY good reviews are bs…they can write their own. I ABSOLUTELY HATE! sellers like this…they prey on peoples feelings to supply some kind of service to underserved countries…then just steal your money. God reserves a special place in hell for scum like this!

My purchase & interactions with the…

My purchase & interactions with the Water Watch Co. have been totally unacceptable. I find them to be disingenuous and a fraud. I have made only two online purchases and I am done with them. My first purchase in March 2023 was for a cuff bracelet. I was charged twice for one item. They backed it out but the experience was unsettling to say the least. Unsettling in that I could not contact them by telephone, only via email. They do not provide a customer service telephone number like all other legitimate online retailers. I am an avid & experienced online shopper & while I understand mistakes can happen, this was my first experience with them and it wasn't good. I should have listened to my intuition & not attempted to order a second item at the end of April 2023. I ordered a bracelet that had previously sold out in my size. For months, the only size available was XL which is too big for me. I opted to be notified once it came in. When it did, and my size was available, I ordered it the very same day I was notified. Once again, I was charged for two bracelets instead of one in my size. Since I couldn't contact customer service by phone, I sent an email. But because I don't trust them anymore, I had to get my credit union involved & spent a lot of time trying to fix this. Meanwhile, I get an email response from Water Watch Co. asking me to provide them with an "Approval" number so they could check their records. I didn't have an Approval number.
Really, they could not check their own records to verify I was charged twice? They were asking me to perform yet another task to prove I was charged twice. I responded by asking them to check their own records since they are the ones who erred in charging me. There were several emails over several days that I sent to them asking for their assistance in refunding me. My credit union was about to begin an investigation of Water Watch Co. But I had to keep tabs with my credit union until I was finally refunded which btw they were able to do without the so-called "Approval" number.
My order for the Two-Worlds bracelet finally arrived. But I received the XL bracelet, which was the only size available again on their website, and not the size I ordered. I can't say how disappointed I was that after all that, I received an item that I cannot use. It cost over a $100! Once again, I had to contact them via email and let them know that they sent the wrong size, with a full explanation of all that happened & that I put in and paid for my bracelet the same day they told me it was available again. They responded by saying it may have been an oversight on their part but they would be glad to exchange it for the right size. I was happy to hear that but I needed to make sure they could really exchange it since my size was sold out again. They responded that they couldn't exchange it because my size was no longer available but that they could for something else. Didn't they even read any of the detailed emails I sent? I felt like I was speaking (writing) to a machine rather than to a human customer service person, even though the responses were specific to my questions. Btw, Julie is the only name ever given in email responses as the representative and customer service person. Only Julie who I suspect isn't her real name.
I then tried to locate the company, where they are, a phone number. Well, my package was shipped from Elkgrove, CA but there was no such company located in Elkgrove, CA. The website states that they are located in San Francisco, CA. Again, no such company in San Francisco, CA. I was searching because I was trying to determine whether or not they are legitimate and also to get a telephone number. I checked with the Better Business Bureau & they have no record of Water Watch Co. After 11 email communications with them, and no way for me to get the bracelet I ordered, I just gave up. I do not want to send the wrong bracelet back at this point because they only give customers 15 days to return for a refund. I also don't trust that if I did send it back, I would never be refunded on my credit card. So I am stuck with an item that cost me over $100, that I cannot use. In sum, I think this company is a fraud. I don't think they actually have a customer service dept. or an accounting dept, or even superiors to report to as they stated to me. I would warn anyone to not make purchases from this company because they are dishonest and do not provide a satisfactory or useful method to assist customers. Not being able to contact them or verify where the company is located is also very suspicious and disingenuous. Please beware.

Beware UK Import Charges!

I ordered a Water Watch bracelet which arrived in a timely manner. It cost $69 USD (just over £53). However, I received a note through my door from Royal Mail to say a package was being held at their depot pending additional charges. So I went to collect and had to pay an extra £20.96 in shipping and import charges to get the package. It's a nice enough bracelet, but would I have paid an extra 40% knowing this was going to happen??...probably not. Beware if you are ordering from the UK! Very annoying, when all the company had to do was mark the package as a 'gift' and no charges would have incurred. I have ordered products from the US before and when the package is marked as a gift, it sails through no problem.

Really Impressive watch and company

I supported them from Kickstarter and was really impressed when I received my watch (BECK Series.) Excellent design, nice weight on the wrist, the presentation is nice and they support a worthy cause. I love personalized notes when I purchase things from small companies and they included a nice handwritten card. I've also purchased two of their Cuffs (one for me, other a gift) which is a cute and simple accessory.

Excellent and responsive customer service. They really seem to care about their customers and want us to be happy. I'll probably buy another watch from them in the future since they have rose gold options now.
