We booked a transfer from Heathrow to Watford based on the price quoted on the website. When we were dropped off at home, the driver charged us more than what was quoted. He said the additional charge was for parking. I called head office and they confirm the parking fee was not included in the price. The website states no hidden cost. BE CAREFUL!!!! The website is misleading. The price quoted is not what you end up paying.

When looking at Watford's homepage everything looks nice and easy. Just type in your flightnumber and Watford will be ready when you arrive. Fixed prices, NO EXTRA COSTS.

Nothing above is true at all . We arrived at Luton and had no directions or clue about where Watford Taxi's where. Nobody knew about Watford Taxis. We walked around outside in the cold in taxi-area and pick-up area. No Watford Taxi anywhere? Finally we called the company, and they told us that the taxi would pick us up in the pickup-area in 5 minutes. We waited for 15 minutes.
The driver was a bad-english speaking man from India. The car was old, not fancy, but okay.
All the way (to the Harry Potter Studios) I was sitting in front seat with my credit card in my hand. VERY VISIBLE for the driver to notice. When we arrived he told us that we couldnt pay with credit card! Only cash. Why didnt he tell me upfront??? Now (delayed 25 minutes) I had to go and find an ATM. However the price was not fixed. The driver charged us for pick-up-area parking fee. So everything is NOT included in the price.
I did order the Watford taxi because it was supposed to be easy. It was far from easy. Next time I will go directly to one of the black London taxi's. Maybe it costs a bit more, but Watford is not worth any penny.
