Terrible Company - Do Not Order Anything
Victoria DVD Cabinet delivered flat packed, once constructed was appalling quality and hinges too wide so overhung the cupboard edges inside causing cutting risk. Took over a month of sending photos (which they 1. denied receiving, 2. said they couldn't see any faults on) and Amazon cancelling my a to z issue system twice upon Watson's request, not mine.Watson's refused to refund me until I returned the item flat packed and paid return fees of over £50.00 (it weighed in excess of 28kgs). Their own returns policy stated they would refund max £15.00 of postage costs ONLY even if faulty goods. When I complained on the grounds the item was faulty, they still refuted this but said they'd send a courier to collect only if deconstructed. If I'd deconstructed the cabinet the fault would cease to exist and no doubt they would have argued the issue and I'd be left with no cabinet as well as still out of pocket. This was becoming a farce so I obtained a refund from my CARD ISSUER. Watson's stopped contacting me and to this day (2 months later) still think I've retained a faulty item and they've kept my money.
